I open an account Monday 12/3/24 an it’s been cold an today is Thursday 12/5/24 an still no gas I called every morning I talk 1 lady that pushed the issues if for me to get my gas this afternoon because it’s been cold the other ladies in the office act like they don’t even care

My account is on will call. They decided to randomly fill it one day and billed me $600. I called, they verified my account was will call, and that they made a mistake. A mistake that cost me $600 and that didn't harm them at all. When this tank is empty, I will be finding a new gas company.

Do anybody know the corporate office number. These people are ridiculous. I moved to another residence asked them to move my full tank of gas from old residence to the new one. Took my tank and haven't received the credit for it yet. My patience is running out
