This rating is for the company’s customer service not this particular store. Typically I order my dog food online so I can have it delivered due to the weight. Well numerous orders have arrived damaged which is the fault of if Fed Ex not Tractor Supply. And every time Tractor Supply has replaced the bag of food. Now if this had been the inly issue the rating would he 5 stars but it doesn’t end there.
Additionally, I have received bags if food that have been cut open. Probably accidentally while opening a shipping box but nonetheless it should not have been sold to a customer. These bags have also been replaced. Once again if it ended here this would be 5 stars.
Twice now I have received items with things in them that shouldn’t have been there. Today I went to transfer dog kibble into a storage container only to find dried corn in the bag of food and a hole in the bag that had been taped shut! Now if I had called customer service and they had just apologized, said they would check on quality control, and sent me another bag then all would have been good. But no. The manufacturer was blamed and it was expressed that I had too many problems with deliveries for them to send me more food. When I pointed out these issues had primarily been with Fed Ex damaging the packages it was brought to my attention that I had found more than one foreign object in a product. So to say I am unhappy with how this call unfolded is an understatement. I was eventually refunded for the bag of food but it was made perfectly clear that I should not have food delivered any more. That was their solution. Not trying to fix the issue with Fed Ex. Or checking why foreign objects had been in things my dogs are intended to eat. Nope. None of that. Just placing blame and not taking any responsibility whatsoever. Bad job Tractor Supply.

My first time ever at a Tractor Supply store!! They have everything here!! The mnger, Melvin, helped me find a good trap and showed me how to use it!! Everyone seems very happy to work here & help the customers! & They have baby chicks!! ??

One of the worst managed locations I've come across. They are either consistently out of propane or "the person who is qualified for that isn't here".The stock is often messy or incomplete. Multi times bags of dog food or animal grain have split open and spilled and there is no effort in cleaning it up. Trying to get assistance to a locked case is an ordeal worthy of a Tolkien story.Compared to other locations, this Tractor Supply falls flat on its face.

I was refused propane refill because my tank inspection didn't have an engraving date on the outer surface. The inspection was clearly valid and not all propane tank inspection stations does outer surface engravings during a tank inspection. This was a very inconvenient stop for propane

Open at online at 9 am but at the store signs reads at 8am got me waiting since 7 30am the person went in the store at 7 55 am but never answer the the door to say that they change the 5 weeks ago shame on her wasting customers time.
