if I could write this zero stars I would. They don’t even deserve the one star. I’m giving them. Very rude and argumentative towards customers. Yells and talks down to people. Sat in drive-through line for very long time. Once I got to the drive-through window, I was told to keep driving around the building for my medicine.

Just shut this place down. Unhelpful, rude staff. Hours make no sense.

The worst experience ever!!!!!! The pharmacy literally didn't fill my medication on purpose and ordered the wrong medication. When I tried to tell them the lady laughed at me. Transferring my personal prescription. This place will not be open right on people. The staff thinks they are at home.

Went above and beyond to get a prescription filled for me. The team member or pharmacist that worked with me today made me want to move all of my medicine because they showed they really cared.

I've never seen a Walgreens open up at 10 a.m. shut down for lunch in between 1:30 2:30 and then shut down around 6 pm? When are you supposed to get your prescription? Also I have never in my life been treated the way I was treated here ( on the phone they treat you with hostility and no respect whatsoever) the people here are just grumpy and it's definitely time to get a undercover boss here and see how these woman treat their customers.

Hours & days of operation are the worst part, 10am-6pm Mon-FriEveryone has been friendly & helpful for me. Even give my dogs a bone when I use the drive-thru :) I really hate the hours and that its not a full store. I like Walgreens for a lot if things especially when I don't want an all day shopping trip to the big box Walmart across the street & their pharmacy is horrible!

I find it insane that this particular pharmacy in Williamston is not open on Saturday and Sunday. I was forced to go to Walmart which is across the street. How is this pharmacy ever going to survive when the hours are not convenient for working people.

The service/wait time isn’t as bad as it used to be but the hours of operation never fit my schedule. Very inconvenient, switching pharmacies the next time I see my doctor

They need to close this pharmacy down instead of moving it to another location. Every one that works in there has a nasty attitude. They don't want to do the work to get you your medicine. The wait take forever also but I can deal with that it's the bad attitudes I can't take. I see why there reviews are so low and they deserve every low number

I called at three o’clock trying to find some answers from them. I was put in a waiting hold. Just before my call was supposed to be answered they disconnected me. I called back same thing happened. Tried again. This went on until 6 when I was disconnected again. I know they are busy that’s why I continued to call back. But after three hours of trying to reach them! I never have this problem with other pharmacies here in Williamston.

They're 100 times more excellent than the people across the street from them. Still, I would have liked it if they told me that a supplier is entirely unable to send me my prescription. I had similar treatment by the pharmacy across the street from them.Like I said in my review about the Walmart pharmacy across the street from them, I never heard of such a thing. Walmart wasted an entire month of my time, and I ended up getting this same prescription taken care of at this Walmart. On June 2, I wanted Walgreens to fill out my prescription, and it wasn't until I called them today that they said that they couldn't fill out my medication. But, she was considerably more friendly than the staff at Walmart. I tried calling Walgreens in Washington. Although not as bad as the Williamston Walmart, the Walgreens pharmacist in Washington was not that nice. She didn't want to call around town for me.She told me that I had to call them. Still, I could have sworn that the Washington Walgreens pharmacist at the start of the call said that I needed to have a prescription with them to get that information - similar to my bad experience with the Williamston Walmart pharmacy. But, it turns out that the pharmacist (her name was Candace Allen) at Williamston Walmart lied to me - in my review of the Walmart pharmacy if you're interested.
