Unfortunately, I have to give one star due to this location's security gate rarely working. I have three units here and when I reserved them, I notified the office that the gate was wide open putting everyone's belongings at risk. Then, a few days later when they finally fixed it, a bunch of us got stuck inside the locations because the security gate would not open. We tried calling and emailing for someone to help (on a Saturday at 1:30pm). No help. After an hour, we were able to get out by manual. Called this morning to report this to Jessica but she didn't seemed concerned...just said they have limited availability. As of right now, the gate is still open. Anyone can just walk right in.

Very convenient and easy to rent a storage space online with clear instructions. Storage unit was clean and ready with a keypad lock with an easy email key code to unlock.

Excellent service easy to open up an account and when it’s time for you to move out all you literally have to do is take a picture and send it to them via text. It was a great experience.
