Worst company to ever!! They change the rules as they go adding False fees to your account. Then they'll blame it on the system. Horrible horrible horrible none of the furniture is even worth the price! You're better off going to a real furniture store

If the late payment policy is that you have 5 days to get a payment in why does the store associate James feel like he should call a day after a payment is due? Can he not count? I've asked the store associates twice to switch my card on file plus link my other items I rent from aarons on the same account but they have failed to do that but when they see the money wasn't drafted from the card they have on file and failed to switch and seen the payment is a day late you want to call and ask where the payment is. This is the third incident I've had with the associates. 1. Delivering furniture and not putting it together 2. Not picking up boxes from the items they did not put together 3. James arrogant attitude like someone can't pay their 97.16 payment.Great quality items just bad customer service.

I have waited over 90days to receive my couch . I waited at four different times at house for delivery. No call or show. Not relible. I went furniture to go. Got what I needed the next day.
