Customer service people are friendly but no sense of urgency for a company that is supposed to be helping people get on their way in a rental car. I had a reservation for 4pm and sitting here at 4:45 with still no car ready for me. Not a great experience with a 3.5 hour drive ahead. To blame it on a big flight arriving before my reservation is pretty lame too.

Terrible customer service. Made an online reservation that was CONFIRMED and paid for only to show up and be told they have no cars.Absolute insanity that a car company has no remorse when screwing over people who have made plans that require the ability to travel.

Today we were at Alamo at Wilmington International Airport because of missing inputs in my rental contract from a different Alamo Station. The Lady at the counter were very friendly and helpful. She put my wife's name on the contract as additional driver without hesitating and free of charge. That was a real good service. Much better than in two other Alamo Stations.Thank you!

I tried booking a car here and paid upfront. When I went to pick the car up I was told that bc I didn't "fly in" I would need a 400 deposit to ensure I returned the car. I wasn't aware of this before hand. They also said the 400 had to be a credit card or cash. Luckily I was able to drive my own car but this was a huge inconvenience.

We ran aground in St Augustine, got the yacht to Titusville. First mate broke his arm. They were great in Orlando, drove on New years back 2 Nc.They were great in Wilmington.I will try them in Puerto Rico this Feb n march.

When our flight was unexpectedly cancelled and we needed to drive to Charlotte to get a new flight, we needed to book a car. There was almost nothing available and Debra and Cayleish helped us get a car so that we could make it home. They were both SO kind and accommodating. I was sitting there in tears and Debra told me that she couldn't leave me there stranded and worked some magic to find something for us. I appreciated this so much as I'm in school and needed to get home for a clinical. THANK YOU!!!

Shawn explained everything in detail to me and was really nice throughout the whole rental process and I even got a nice upgrade that I wasn’t able to online. Very good company to rent cars from it has been the best experience with rentals so far and didn’t have to give a whole lot of information like the other places

I will NEVER do business with this company again. I needed to modify my rental but they couldn't do it and said the only way was to cancel and rebook- oh yeah and it will be $50 to cancel. Edit: customer service was helpful and resolved my issue. It was a struggle but I appreciated there effort.

Very highly recommend this location. I rented a car due to a death in my family and had to keep it an extra day. When I returned the car, both Greg and Deb went out of their way to provide excellent customer service and give me a good rate. They did not have to do this - I failed to return the car on time and it was entirely my fault. They showed me compassion and I left with tears in my eyes. This is the type of customer service that makes a person loyal to a company. I will only rent cars from this location going forward. Thank you!

Absolutely would not rent from again. Charged my card $212 for a cleaning fee even though I washed and vacuumed the van before I returned it. Then when I called to ask for an explanation all I got was an 800 number and they said all they could do was put in a request for them to call me back. I have not heard from them yet. It has been over a week.

Horrible service. Booked a certain type of car a month ahead of time. Didn't get close to the type I paid for. Didn't get any type of help. Car was really dirty (during covid!!) Wanted a sports car convertible and got a basic small size car and paid same price! Wouldn't give a discount or anything. Do not use this company!

Absolutely do not rent from! charged my credit card $212 for "cleaning fees" even though I washed and vacuumed the van before I brought it back. when I called to ask them to explain the charge, nobody will call me back. worst company ever. will never rent from again.

Nice counter lady. However, reserved a convertible, they switched us to a mid-size and then when we landed they gave us a minivan. Told us they didn't have anything else but the lot was full of SUV's and sedans. WTAF? Never again.
