Since the local office has closed the service is horrible! Deliveries are missed and we run out of gas. Alot of lip service, but no actions to back up what we are being told.

What a horrible company. Hidden fees poor service. They even want to charge you to come take there leased tank. Stay away. They have a 1 star rating on BBB.

I am a senior citizen. I am 65 years of age. I have requested a senior discount on several occasions to a customer specialist. Twice I have been instructed to apply for senior discount and that it takes two to three days for approval. I was told to call back again today 2/15/2024 for notification of approval and payment plan. Today I was informed that my application for the discount was not submitted. This is the second time. I spoke to Jalen today she apologized for the inconvenience and suggested I call back within 2 to 3 days. I have been unsuccessful in getting the service I require. If you don’t want my business please inform of such. Thank you.

I have been trying for over a year to get the free tank monitor to no avail. I don’t need 11 - 14 gallons delivered each month for a 100 gallon tank! The ‘extra’ fees are ridiculous! All the customer service has been farmed out to The Philippines! Nice people but what happened to local service?? Need to talk to management, or may need to change service.

horrible! Gas ran out over the weekend. Amerigas is closed on the weekend. I cannot get my gas refilled (even though I'm on autodraft and auto refill) and cannot get anyone to my house. No one I speak to (in the Phillipines) can help me. There is NO one local. They won't even let me cancel and come pick up this tank. Spent 2 hours and 31 minutes on the phone and keep getting transferred. Zero help. This is horrendous. How is this company even in business??!

Been with amerigas for over ten years. Started out great but in last few years has gone to hell in a hand basket. Tank rental has got unreasonable. No local phone number anymore so you can talk to someone who speaks English. Got a confirmation number on an adjustment for tank rental and now they can't seem to find it. Guess it was lost between here and India or ten other countries I might have been talking to.

The service is absolutely horrendous, 10 years ago it was a good company, and about four years ago they changed to centralized service and ordering. If there was a zero star, I would give it. I would never ever work with this company again. tons of superfluous fees for every fill, very poor customer service center experience every time I call. Even on auto fill, you will still run out of propane occasionally with them. Buyer beware!

I have no clue how they have more than 2 stars. It takes at least 2 hours on the phone to even get anyone. Last year it took two week and three trips from them to even get 1 tank filled. If they had competitors, they wouldn’t last long.

The delivery / driver technician was EXCELLENT!!!! However, that legal form you sent me was like I was a bad customer. That form needs to be made more simple. It looked like a legal threat to a good customer!!!!!
