Clean and quiet enough rooms. Parking hard to find and street parking is metered. No coffee in the rooms and not complimentary in the restaurant, so wake-up is on you.

A very special place to unwind in downtown Wilmington. Service was exemplary, outdoor bar spaces with fireplaces were perfect for after dinner cocktails and the restaurant was excellent. Stay here and be happy!

Great hotel with nicely done rooms, cool courtyard with about 8 firepits, all of which were lighted the night we stayed. Location is great, right downtown, near the river walk, and walkable to the historic Thalian Hall.Rooms: The rooms are very nicely appointed, if a bit on the small side. Bathroom was clean, up-to-date, and with a great shower. There was a refrigerator in our room, which was nice. We had dinner right across the street at Terrantellis, and then our group walked a couple blocks to Thalian Hall for a play. Afterward, we enjoyed a nightcap sitting out by one of the many firepits in the courtyard. Everyone loved the hotel.

If you have your eye on some other hotel in Wilmington-STOP. Book here instead. If you have a reservation someplace else, cancel and book here instead.I'll give you 5 reasons. This hotel checks every box. My wife and I love to look for good boutique hotels and this place exceeded expectations.1) rooms were super neat, upscale, unique and clean2) hotel layout is fun and different with various courtyard sitting areas and gas fire pits, and greenery, and private3) hotel staff was very friendly, very quick to support, and even accommodated a special request we made which was a cherry on top4) the restaurant connected (Dram Yard) is equally unique, upscale and offers great ambience and excellent food (breakfast, lunch and dinner. Closed for a little bit between lunch and dinner just fyi.5) price is very fair for what you getIf you book somewhere else in Wilmington, you've gone wrong.

We did a little staycation this weekend and decided to stay at ARRIVE. Best choice! The hotel was beautiful and the staff super welcoming. Room was clean, inviting, and nicely appointed. Loved the decor, especially the pink tile. Valet parking was smooth and efficient. Will happily recommend this place to others.

This hotel was disastrous. We booked this as a fun getaway while visiting from Raleigh. My husband and I upgraded to a suite prior, which we stayed in. #25 to be exact. Upon arriving at "ARRIVE" - there was no one to be found at the front desk (right around check-in time, 2:45pm.) We were left searching the property for someone to help and eventually had to get the Valet guy to go find someone. Warm welcome, huh? The "suite" you're put in is two floors up (which we thought was great) but no one is there to help with large bags. For a 4 star hotel, this was strange. Upon walking in, you'll find a cute room until you realize the actual sleeping area is a SMALL queen bed shoved into a tiny little room off the living area with no TV or even space to close the door (you have to actually move the bedside table to close the door.) While getting ready for dinner, we noticed a crazy loud rattling and banging above (the generator/AC) and left hoping it was a one-off noise. Fast forward to sleeping time, the rattling/banging above continued for hours. We contacted the front desk and were told we were indeed below the known generator. They offered earpods which we accepted - but no one showed up with them after 45 minutes. My husband went down to the lobby yet again - searching for an employee at 11pm at "ARRIVE" - they were nowhere to be found. Then comes the worst part. The clubs in town (Friday night) start playing music which begins to BLARE through our windows. At 1am, we had enough and left the hotel to check into Hotel Ballast Hilton. Upon returning the next morning, we were told there was nothing they could do and this was a "usual Friday" in town. They then offered us a $100 off the room stay - which they then proceeded to CHARGE my card an extra $100 (not refund), THEN charge my card AGAIN $17 for "minibar fees" - we never touched the minibar. This was by far the worst hotel, service, and accommodations we have ever experienced. WARNING - do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. We travel to hotels at least twice a month and I've never experienced such an awful place.

Whenever we come through Wilmington we stay here because the rooms are cozy, nice and neat and the staff here is always kind, available and easy to talk to. Theresa helps us find all the dog friendly spots in town and Casey and Darren know the best hidden spots like Lula where we love to take in a bit of the local atmosphere after taking a stroll along the water. everyone here makes it easy not to worry. we know we’ll be in good stead as soon as we make it to Arrive.

Amazing boutique hotel within walking distance to bars and restaurants. The on-site restaurant and outdoor bar are amazing. We had Sunday brunch here and it was so good. The fire pits all throughout the courtyard are the perfect cocktail spot. They give you a drink voucher for the bar upon check in. The room is decorated adorable with a cash snack bar. Will definitely be returning.

We have stayed in other PaliHotels in Southern California, so we were excited to stay at Arrive in Wilmington. We've had a really great first trip to Wilmington. We're staying in a king room on the first floor. It's a very well appointed and beautiful room, relatively well-priced.Pros; Gorgeous bathroom and shower (I'm obsessed with the pink subway tile and Kohler shower!) with top notch towels, bed linens and bar products, plus a little fridge for drinks, etc. Not sure on the cost of the treats and drinks in the room-we brought our own and didn't partake in that. A price list would be nice for the honor bar.Air conditioning works perfectly, especially in the 95 degree heat days, inside is cool.Coffee at the Dram Yard is absolutely delicious, have loved that. The hotel is close enough to walk all over downtown and to shop, stop at bars to drink and to multitudes of restaurants. The grounds of the hotel are so well kept. Lots of green space and flowersEmployees are super friendly here!Cons: our toilet was running on and off the entire time we've been here, no big deal, but maybe have it looked at?Floor tile in the vanity and inside the bathroom could use a good scrubbing, not as clean as it could be. A good steamer would do wonders.Parking is $26 per day, kinda steep compared to other hotels who don't charge for parking. Not enough storage space for 2 people. Only 4 hangers on the clothes rack, would bring our own hangers next time. Not enough storage space for storing lingerie, socks, tee shirts, etc.We would definitely stay here again, it's such a beautiful boutique hotel, and close to so much here in Wilmington. Really loved staying here overall!

Arrive Wilmington looks beautiful, however i wont be able to and will never personally attest to that due to blatantly dishonest business practices. Simply put, a covid credit i received was refused. $400 dollars to their bottom line with no services rendered. After 6 calls and 3 weeks i finally spoke with the GM Kenneth Lile, arrogance at it’s finest. He essentially blamed a recent management change and a non-existent email communication (that he has no record of) as the reason he will not honor my credit. The hotel renovations look great, but seems management is the one that needs the touch up.- Bryan Canfarotta
