After spending 2.5 hours in the store, I find myself in a more challenging situation than when I first arrived. The staff lacked the necessary experience to assist me effectively, leading to significant delays and confusion. Despite my frustrations, the store manager was unable to resolve the issues or provide any meaningful support. I am particularly concerned about the mistakes made by the staff on my account, and I sincerely hope these can be corrected promptly. Overall, I am very disappointed with the level of service provided, as it did not meet my expectations.

Very fast service in the AT&T store. From walking into the store to making my purchase. I was in the store less than five minutes. The associate was very, very helpful. The associate was also very knowledgeable.

Service and success … with a smile! Thanks Maitlyn for solving my problem I and online customer service have been trying to fix for a month! She looked at my account; clicked a few buttons; waited a few minutes; turned my phone off and on and voila! Fixed! Outstanding!

The associate that helped me was simply amazing. Her customer service was top notch and the manager was magnificent. I love everytime I visit this location. They are very consistent with my wireless needs!

Rachel was amazing. I've never experienced such excellent service by a cell provider.
She went above and beyond helping myself, mother and two sons with all our service needs both cellular, Internet and television. She was patient with our million questions and offered great suggestions that were customized to our needs. I was really impressed.
Thanks to her, we are new and hopefully long term customers.
