I'll say the 2 guys in here today are absolute professionals. Great attitudes and friendly. I came in with some pretty serious issues with my account regarding a transfer of a line and one of the employees worked on it calling several help desk numbers for about half an hour. He even stepped out back in private to be a little more assertive to some unhelpful folks over the phone. Even when customers came up to him and interrupted him, he was polite and worked very hard to not be dismissive. The other employee was occupied with an elderly woman, and from what I can tell (I work in IT) he wasn't pulling the old gal's leg. He was well intentioned and explained everything in great detail. I'm coming back to this store if I've got any issues, hopefully Austin and L.A. are on shift.

We have had issues with AT&T, itself, but walking into the Mayfair store is a breath of fresh air! We usually deal with the manager, L.A., but today he was tied up, and assured us Tanasza was more than able to help us.He was spot on! We came in with a fairly complicated issue, and she handled it with professionalism, aplomb, patience, and a lot of smiles/very good customer service!! Issues resolved, and we left feeling completely satisfied- not at all irritated, as we have in the past at the main store on S College Rd.Many kudos to Tanazsa, and to L.A. for finding an employee who practically matches his expertise and customer sevice!!!Another fist bump, woman! We appreciate you!

I don’t usually write reviews but I’m absolutely ticked off at this point. The store manager when I walked in tried to upsell me on just about everything. I get that’s his job but I guess I also fell for his schemes until I got my $217 bill from AT&T yesterday. I switched over for the first responder discount from Verizon. He told me he could get me a brand new cellular watch, new 15 plus iphone, 2 care coverage plans for both, ALL for $84 WITH tax. I said that was a steal because I was paying $99 at Verizon for one line. He got me in and out within an hour, he was pressed on me getting a case and a phone screen and told me he’d give me his employee discount but it still would’ve been $50, so I uncomfortably declined. All of sudden he’s asking for my card for $130 for taxes for the phone and watch (NEVER over the course over that hour did he mention this) I asked so many times if there were any fees today and he said no and no to later just the $84 next month to be expected. I paid the money because I understood but still ticked. I get this $217 bill and go back yesterday and the assistant manager, Angel, was an actual angel. She explained the charges were activation fees for the phone and watch. At this point steam was coming out of my ears because the store manager straight up lied to my face and left that part out completely. She also took off the care plan for my watch and phone so my bill would then be $94, mind you still $10 more than what I was told so many times that day. So now I have no coverage, a cellular watch I don’t need and a new phone. Angel was great, she should be the general manager. I will never step foot in this AT&T again until I know the store manager is gone.My second big problem - the unprofessionalism. Once the store manager found out I was a deputy, he said to me “yall messed up yall disrespected me all the time” he said I don’t think you’re a crooked cop but “the rest of yall around here all and yall be messing with the people by my auntys house” and was so completely inappropriate to me and my profession. Don’t offer first responder discounts and have a STORE MANAGER be that disrespectful to a law enforcement individual, it was extremely uncomfortable.AT&T, do better.

One star for being where gps said it was.Sunday night, Dec.3rd.Had to wait until I got off work at 5:30 & rushed over.Got scammed online w/purchase & trying to correct/fix any damage/possible damage!Walked up to doors at 5:48, they close at 6pm.Was a female employee w/glasses & hair pulled back in ponytail sitting in chair w/2 elderly women in there.Went to pull door & locked, they all turned & looked & she (employee) gave me the "cut across throat sign"...she's done!Oooook...guarantee when I go to different store tomorrow will be in & out within 10min.!Wasn't shopping for new service start-up or anything.Ever since scam have one pop-up that continues to pop up & unsure if any virus has infiltrated my phone...scared to put in/post any private info.in meantime or compromise a friends info.!!She could of at least seen what my issue was & if too late to get into but no...I got the "cut through throat" signal behind locked doors.Holidays are picking up & people shopping. She's in a busy shopping area & being unable to handle or PERHAPS, gosh forbid, stay an extra 5min.after!?!?!Perhaps she needs a more low-key store!?!Thanks AT&T for great store customer service!!:))))?

I went in there to have them add runs on my phone before the voice mail picks up. She couldn’t figure out how to do it. My phone used to ring for 8 times before the voice mail picks up . I went to another AT& T store and they knew what they were doing and fixed it. Train your workers better. She needs to be retrained.

L.A. was the best. My fiancé & I came in dreading the visit & needing a complicated fix for our phones, & he took care of it easily, even with a full store. We were in & out. Whatever he’s being paid is not enough! Best AT&T store in Wilmington thanks to the great customer service

We went to the ATT store at Wilmington, NC's Mayfair Center to upgrade our phones. We had fantastic service from both Tanazsa and L.A. My wife and I purchased a new phone each. We needed a lot of assistance in setting up the new phones. Tanazsa was extremely patient and helpful throughout the entire procedure. LA even had to make a trip to another store to pick up one of the phones. Our experience was pleasant and we left with working phones.

my boyfriend had came into this location to try to get his sims card to another phone after dropping his phone in water Nicole proceeds to start saying she needed an esim and that they didn't have any. walks into the back acting like shes looking for some then walks right back out telling us we will have to go to a completely different store. she never needed an esim and as soon as we came to the college road location they had absolutely no problem helping us. her customer service was absolutely terrible and the only way she could help us was by giving us a 1-800 number.

LA Corbett is easily the BEST employee I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with at AT&T! I truly felt he had my best interest in mind and did his best going above and beyond in taking care of my need! Give that man a raise!
