    The lady that answers the phone at the Wilmington Location is unprofessional and RUDE! If you want someone to cut you off midsentence - call her. If you want to have friendly business relations, it wont happen with her on the line.

    Aneesa Moody is the insurance agent to speak with! Very helpful and knowledgeable. I had an issue with a mortgage lender and my HOA Insurance policy. I called and spoke with Aneesa and she went above and beyond to help me out! Great people!
