If you LOVE hot yoga then this is the place! They offer multiple classes a day and the staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Been coming to this studio on and off for five years and it’s by far my favorite studio. The regulars are very much a family and the workout always kicks my tail!
Primarily a Hot Studio, our mission at BeU is to provide the community with the highest quality yoga experience. Our intention is to create an atmosphere that is inviting for everyone to experience yoga and share our passion for the yogic lifestyle. Explore our class offerings to find Gentle, Yin, Core, Flow, Sound Journeys, as well as our signature Hot Flow. Salty Flow on Crystal Pier can be found from April through October. Intro Packages available for local students, and mat towels and rentals for visitors to the studio.
