The staff was honestly the best part of our experience. All 3 of them were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. Deciding on a new bike is not easy and we are very indecisive people, but they helped us every step of the way. We even put a bike on hold, realized it wasn’t the right feeling/fit after coming back a second time so they helped us order a new one to the store and put it together for us.
