Sandra Really made me a happy new customer!!. I was feeling so overwhelmed as a single mom with two kids battling with
T-Mobile to get proper service. I was looking to transfer two lines to boost and get me and my oldest daughter a new phone. Sandra Was so patient, calm and nice to me she helped me EVERY step of the way. She got me and my daughter both an iPhone 15 and even help me find a store the had the exact color I wanted! I walked out feeling so good. I am a proud and happy new customer. She kept a pleasant conversation with me and made sure I left feeling good. You never know how much a simple conversation and a nice smile can change a person day. I wasn’t just a customer, I was a person to her that day. ☺️ thank you Sandra.

I specifically picked this store to go to as a new customer for help because of all the great reviews. I was highly disappointed with whoever was working Saturday. Although my issue was fixed this person was either having an off day or needs to not work with the general public.
