The Brooklyn Arts Center is a beautiful, stunning, and breathtaking historic venue in Wilmington, North Carolina. Housed in a restored 1888 church with a large private courtyard and an adjacent Annex building, it is an ideal location for weddings and events, both grand and intimate. The architecture is historic and the facility is wonderful, offering a perfect size for a medium-sized wedding with main floor and balcony seating. The courtyard provides a magical setting for ceremonies, while the separate Annex and bridal suite house are extremely useful. The staff, management, and wedding coordinators are awesome, friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to work with, making the entire process smooth and easy. Some guests note that parking is sparse and ventilation can be a challenge, but overall the venue is highly recommended as a hidden treasure and the best place for a classic, magical occasion.
