Doesnt exist. This place no longer has budget trucks. The national number for budget doesnt even acknowledge this as a location. Dont bother.

I don't typically leave bad reviews and always attempt to come to a resolution with management if there is an issue, but in this case that was not possible. The truck I rented was in rough shape. There was a major leak in the passenger cabin, resulting my family and I getting soaked repeatedly with rain on our 13 hour drive. I returned the truck two days early but there was no one at the location in spite of business hours online stating they were open. I've tried repeatedly (8 times) to get someone on the phone, but the recording states the agency is closed or the agent is busy. I took several photographs and videos of the water coming in, as well as the general state of the truck. I will be taking additional action if the company does not contact me.

The helpful young man behind the counter was a little socially awkward but he was friendly and courteous. He even added an extra day at no charge.

Absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced! Had a reservation on Saturday 8/25/18 for a 26' truck, got there to pick up the truck, had to wait for the only person working there to finish with the person before me only for him to tell me that the keys to the truck had been lost and that they had no truck for me. No phone call beforehand to inform me of this, nothing. And then to top it off, there is a $50 charge taken out of my checking account and no one can tell me why or find a way to refund the money!!!

Horrible customer service. They tack on things to you bill without telling you. When you complain they pretend not to speak very good English. I'm sure they wont be in business very long if they operate like that.

Usually I have nothing good to say about budget but one horrible experience is all it takes! I put a truck on reserve weed ago to pick up one way. The office hours are 8-5 got there after 4 pm and they were closed. The person's number on the door never picked up. So I call customer service, they send my info to the "Inventory Manager" who was rude! While waiting on the phone, 5pm comes around and two cars come out from behind the building flying. They hit their breaks, spinning he cars and parking them. One car still had the trunk open while he did a donut. No one paid any attention to me and then they walked back behind the building. Guess that was the employees. The Inventory Manager had the nerve to tell me they don't have a truck available anywhere in Wilmington so what did I want him to do about it. He said they never he a truck for me and that the location was support I advice me. He was not sympathetic or try to correct their employees mistake. He just said "i don't have any truck so what do you want me to do about it? What do you want me to do with your reservation?" Horrible customer service!!!! I am a Fastbreak customer and rent monthly from Budget for travel. I guess I will be finding a new rental company and letting all those I have referred about this experience also. P.S. Thank you Penske for coming to my aid, being extra polite, and helping in anyway possible.
