Car Glass Repair in Wilmington, NC

“I highly recommend using this company, Clear Vision Glass, above using Safelite repair. Patrick was the technician that actually came to my house to do the auto windshield replacement. This company had a phone number I could call and actually talk to a real person who was in a brick and mortar store. I mentioned this because when I tried calling Safelite it was some 1-800 number that connected me with somebody oversees but I had to go through an automated system that I just didn't feel confident using. When I first called Clear vision glass, I spoke with a woman who was very helpful and was able to immediately tell me what type of windshield I needed, she quoted me a price, and gave me several dates to choose from. Even more helpful was the fact that they were able to come to my house and do this, they were on time, and just very pleasant to work with. Patrick is very knowledgeable about his trade, he had all the tools and equipment needed to safely and properly replace my windshield. On top of that he was just a very pleasant person to speak with and very trustworthy, which can be a challenge at times with service industry staff. I would highly recommend using this company to anyone reading this and especially to friends and family. They serve Wilmington, Jacksonville, Shallotte and several surrounding communities for Eastern North Carolina, maybe even more, that's just what I observed. Thanks for everything Patrick and thank you Clear Vision Glass! * If I can make one suggestion, please give Patrick a bigger work van to use, one that he can stand up in. I noticed that he had a very clean, well organized van, but I've seen a lot of companies use those taller Vans that are really ideal for this specific trade. Not complaining. Just a suggestion. God bless 🙏”

“I was pleased from beginning to end. The team at Gerber was professional, courteous, and easy to work with. My car was repaired in a timely manner—actually sooner than the original estimate—and returned to me looking as good as new. I especially appreciated the detailed cleaning they provided after completing the repairs.

I hope I won’t need their services again, but if I do, I know exactly where I’ll go. Gerber will remain my first choice.”

“Very excellent service! Very helpful and friendly and I'm very happy with the work done on my car with the tinting issue I had. I'll definitely be going back here in the future when I need to.”

“Excellent customer service and high quality windshield replacement. Couldn’t have asked for a more professional and friendly shop. Would definitely recommend.”

“So glad we found this shop! They went above and beyond to understand exactly what we needed, and didn’t need, and delivered great results. The team was knowledgeable, friendly, and truly cared about helping us. They worked efficiently without rushing, kept us posted, and the turnaround was impressive. It’s clear this is a family-owned shop that takes pride in their work and values their customers. Highly recommend!”

“Dan is the man! My Tahoe got cracked from heavy ice up north while on a trip. Not only did he get me in quickly but he handled all my insurance. The process was quick and painless. They also notified me that I apparently lost a windshield wiper blade on the highway, probably due to ice. They replaced the blades also. Dan was very honest during the process and bob worked hard to put the glass in place and get it all cleaned up. I can't thank them enough”

“Ed was great!! He was quick to respond and did an excellent job removing the dents off my car. Very professional and would use him again in a heartbeat. I would highly recommend his services.”

“This was the second time that I had an opportunity to use Safelite. I would highly recommend them if you have a cracked windshield. There efficient and reliable. They make the windshield replacement process painless.”
