I filled out the online form for an interior detail - Casey called that day and was so easy to talk to. He listened to what I wanted/needed and explained the services that the shop offers that would best fit my car’s needs. He was so professional and knowledgeable!!
I brought my car in the next business day - the flexible drop off/pick up was appreciated! Timothy greeted me and we had great conversation while I waited for my ride to pick me up. I felt respected - which has been unseen as a woman in car shops!
My car was ready the next day and I wish I had “before” pictures, but regardless, holy moly! My car looked new - and it’s a 1999!!! I’m telling you - the work done at this shop still has me floored. I can’t drive my car without grinning ear to ear - The interior detail is phenomenal. I highly recommend!

It is clean, reliable, and perfectly suited for my family’s needs. Also they were in much better shape than the cars I had seen at some buy here, pay here lots. He also provided a Car fax report, which added an extra level of confidence in my purchase. There’s no water liquid various just one type of bottle they’re not an all rounder, but I got my windows cleaned and now the car smell smells good.”

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Whistle Express Car Wash! Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, but I especially want to recognize Levi for going above and beyond.
I have a Tesla, and there were some stubborn spots on the front that the regular wash wasn’t going to remove. Levi didn’t hesitate to help me and actually took the time to remove the spots by hand. I truly appreciated the extra effort and care he put into making sure my car looked its best. That kind of customer service is becoming harder and harder to find!
Levi’s attitude, willingness to help, and attention to detail really stood out. He made me feel like my car—and my experience as a customer—actually mattered.

“First time going after receiving the coupon in the ValPak every month. I’d say certainly one of the better washes but the attendant that was wiping everything down looked so deflated because I gave him a $10 tip. The sign says tips are optional. I figured $10 was good. He definitely made me feel like it was not.”
“This carwash has a small, hot waiting room inside or you can sit outside on uncomfortable seats in an unshaded area of the parking lot. Neither choice is ideal. On the upside, the various employees who clean the cars were all very respectful and polite. They also seemed like hard-working people. So the staff gets two thumbs up, but the facility itself could use some upgrades.Cruisers has been at this locations for years. Can they not afford a shaded canopy outside for guests? On the other hand, good job on your current staff. Please continue hiring quality employees as not all businesses prioritize this.”

I do wish they had a self-serve car wash station, and I wish that you could buy things like air fresheners and little things like that that you may need, but overall, it was a good experience.”

“Great carwash. If you care about your car you should only use a touch less carwash like this. Hand wash your car well every once and awhile in the booths and use an automatic carwash to get dirt off. Don't use any of the tunnel style machines they scratch your paint.”

I would appreciate the option to wash my car myself, rather than having to pay for an automated car wash, because I feel like they never really clean my car as well as I expect. It would also have been convenient if air fresheners were available for purchase.”
