“My wife had been all over Wilmington looking for a new rug for our den. We actually brought one home that looked good in the store. It turned out to be a total fail. Having had to pick it up and take it back I was becoming gun shy.
I had found Carolina Designer Carpets while doing some research. We stopped on a Saturday to see what we could find.The owner and staff were/are awesome. Going through the huge selection rug by rug turning them back so you got a good visual. We were educated on weave, style, colors etc by the owner. Needless to say we narrowed it down to 3 rugs, now what?
His solution was to bring all three to the house so we could see them with our furnishings. The owner and a staff member brought the rugs in the house laid them out so we could make a decision. Decision made, they moved furnishings, removed the old rug and put the new pad and rug in place. With furniture back in place we were ecstatic with the rug for sure but the service was amazing.
I doubt there is another store where you will get the attention, service, knowledge that we received. We whole heartedly endorse and recommend Carolina Designer Rugs.”
