The roads are perfectly safe to drive now but okay, let's say you were careful. Not online not or the store front was there any indication of the store being closed. Not a single sign and nothing, just hours which indicated it was supposed to be open. So it's okay for ppl to drive and walk to the store but it's not safe for you to work? Wow okay!
P.s. Thank you for your response! I was more upset that there wasn't any indication on the store front so when we drove past it the only note was for another day, so I assumed it was open. Extremely inconvenient in the cold and with the kids. Didn't get a text or an email about the extension day nor about the closure. So the site is just one small part of the issue. There wasn't even a bare minimum!

Tiffany has a horrible attitude…I simply asked if I could look at an item next to where she was organizing. She looked at me and didn’t reply and started aggressively swiping the clothes. I was shocked. What type of customer service is this? A little kindness goes a long ways. You work in a store that caters to families. If you can’t be friendly this isn’t the place for you. Last thing a parent or family member needs is to come in a store and have someone be rude to them when they are excited about buying clothes for their loved ones. I won’t be back.

Kellie and Tiffany were so helpful! They're both very knowledgeable about the products they offer and SO FRIENDLY AND WELCOMING! We are visiting but next time we're in town we'll be sure to shop here for anything we need for our son!

When a woman (checking myself and my 80 year old great grandmother out with our purchases) tells me, “I’m not going to say something about you not wearing a mask today (because she is giving me the opportunity to buy the merchandise) but, you have to if you come back”. Obviously she didn’t really care! I walked through that store for 45 minutes and my whole family has been in there without masks without the rude, antagonist comments that I received today in front of our youngest daughter. The woman checking us out even went on to talk about her parents and guilt us. WE WILL NEVER SPEND A DIME IN THAT STORE AGAIN OR ANY COMPANY IN RELATION. I have a medical exemption that is NOT any of her business. By the way her and her coworker had their masks below their noses and had cloth masks on. I urge Carter’s/osh kosh to do some or just a little research. You lost thousands of dollars from my family (with several children) and friends because I will spread the word.

Horrible customer service. They refuse to honor medical mask exemptions (although the employee had zero problems getting within a foot of me ?). This is discrimination and customers deserve better than some petty female on a power trip. Will never go back.
