My first experience at this Chick-fil-A… and frankly, might be my last. The girl I received my items from was extremely rude with her attitude. And then when we asked for forks for our meals the 2 employees proceeded to have a conversation in front of me about how they had forks in the back and then told me and my friends no. And then when my other friends went to ask for forks, they were still “out of forks”. Ridiculous. Thanks a lot Chick-fil-A. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

Does the job. Was a bit confused because all the attendants were just standing around looking bored. Turns out you have to order via Grubhub on these kiosks. They won’t take your order at the counter, ugh.

Located inside UNCW, doesn't accept the app for rewards or points, limited menu so limited time items are avalible. Portion sizes are smaller like drinks, and prices are average $1-2 higher on meals.

Apparently the workers don't know how to read because they screw up the most basic orders. How hard is it to put the right cheese on 2 sandwiches. If the cheese was free, I wouldn't complain, but when you have to pay for it and they give you the wrong stuff, it gets annoying. This happens repeatedly. Chick-fil-a needs to remove their access to the name because they aren't doing the company any favors.

My roommate and I had the best chick fil a experience last night thanks to the workers and customer service at UNCW Chick fil a! thank you Latonya, Quonna, Shay, and everyone else who closed saturday night!

This place should not even be able to call itself Chick-fil-A. Do yourself a favor and just go to the one on New Centre because this place consistently sucks in food quality and service.

The food and service is good, the location is very convenient as well. There are also many teal meal options if you have a meal plan.

I went through the second lane today and was treated very rudely by an employee I was ordering from. It was very disappointing to see coming from a company that usually is known for exceptional service. I will no longer be going to this Chick Fil A, very disappointed.

Also, I usually go to the first lane where I am greeted by a very kind girl employee, I should have stayed in lane 1. I will no longer be going to this Chick Fil A, very disappointed.

I have entered this establishment on many occasions me being a student and I have been displeased with the atmosphere. When I do have to wait I am greeted by rude and yet familiar staff on many occasions. My fries are dirty from the grease that you can tell has not been changed since I am in the food industry myself. I also can see the not welcoming friendly faces from behind the back of the house gaze at while. l will say there are pleasant experiences my baggers give me.

Currently serving only original chicfila sandwiches, and chicken nuggets. Line moves very fast because of that! Always hot!
