My company has been purchasing electric supplies from this branch for six years now and we have been happy with them until the last few weeks, then today was the day I realized how they do not give a flip about their customers any more.We got a quote for two ballasts from them this morning, I got the approval from my customer, sent my service techs by there to pay for and pick up the ballasts, they installed the ballasts, then got back to the shop this afternoon and gave me the receipt. The amount we paid was more than twice the amount we were quoted on the phone this morning. They absolutely refused to rectify the problem, and were rude along with it.They used to be friendly and helpful, now their counter guys could care less, along with management.I have scanned the invoice, and my check stub, and now I'm going to file a complaint with the NCDOJ on their website.I've been in business since 1993 in Wilmington, and I know a lot of electrical contractors in the Wilmington area, I'll make them aware of this. They even put my competitors name on the invoice!

Was helpful, knowledgeable and fair pricing. I was able to call over the phone when looking for an item, he was able to check it being in stock and when I got there he got me in and out quickly.

I'm not really sure of the man's name that helped me but he has white hair older man it was on a Saturday and everytime I go in there when this guy is working he is rude, hateful speaking to me, acts like I'm a inconvience to him. I can walk in start to tell him what I need and he would just walk off and I would say thats not all I need and he would huff and puff a little and so I finally said something and he said I waz being inconsiderate of him by coming in at 10:50 or 10:55 and they close at 11. Now REMIND you i only needed like 4 things it took him all of 5 mins to help me and I wasn't the last one in there either I man walked in behind me so I asked him are you gonna talk to him like that? Are you gonna tell him he's inconsiderate also? And he didn't answer that question, and guess what he wouldn't treat that man like that bc he only treats certain people that way. If he doesnt want to help people until 11:00 the time you are open to you guys need to find someone else. And if you don't want people coming in at 10:50 or 10:55 ordering something then post a damn sign that says that orders have to be in by a certain time on Saturdays. For him to think he can talk to people that way is unacceptable in my book.
