Coastal Hemp Company is a great shop! I always make a visit when I am in town. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I enjoy all the products they carry from bamboo clothing, soaps, even things for your pets. I also enjoy their new addition of pinball machines. When in Wilmington, you must stop in!

Compared the many other locations in the local area, this is the worst plays to buy hemp based products. Owner is nasty with a bitter attitude, prices are higher than other places nearby, and they just can't keep things in stock. One of the counter reps is great and know the products. The other does not. Really upset as this is the closest spot to me but there are just to many better options

This balm is the bomb. Has helped me tremendously with my elbow inflammation and pain management. This product has helped me post college continue to do the things I enjoy. Non-greasy , easy , long lasting application. Highly recommend. 5 out of 5

THEY DON’T BACK UP THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL BUT FOR ONE TIME SO IT’S UP TO THE CUSTOMER TO TAKE A GAMBLE ON IT WORKING.. THIS IS NOT A GOOD WAY OF DOING BUSINESS. TAKE IT OFF THE SHELF IF YOU KNOW YOUR HAVING ISSUES WITH A CERTAIN PRODUCT THAT YOU CAN’T REFUND BACK TO THE CUSTOMER 100% AFTER ONE USE.

Absolutely adore this shop. The owner and all of the employees are beyond kind and very knowledgeable. This shop it’s self is beautiful and has something for everyone. Love their hemp products, they are literally the best out there. I use their CBD creams to help with muscle pain and it is life changing. They also have an amazing verity of clothes (organic, hemp, eco friendly and sustainable) amazing soaps and lotions, beautiful jewelry and everything in between. Can’t wait to go back!

After doing business with the owners of Coastal Hemp over the last few weeks, I have been super impressed with their expertise and commitment to exceptional customer experience. I recommended my wife visit them to treat some medical issues that she is having and she was very impressed with their knowledge and customer service. Great people doing great things in our community.
