“There come times in life when you recognize that people get paid for what they do, and no matter how many videos you watch on a topic you do not have the expertise or experience . This happened to me when I attempted to build a computer. I mashed part after part after part and finally decided to let the pros look at what was occurring. Lesson learned! The team at Island Computer Systems never once made a negative remark and were actually quite supportive of the fact that I tried. Any team member I spoke with was knowledgeable and seemed passionate about their job....and that is why they are pros and get paid to do it! Communication was excellent throughout the process letting me know what needed to be fixed and offering many options that could work, not just the most expensive. It didn't take long before I got the call that my rig was ready. William spent a lot of time showing me some of the new controls that I was not familiar with, he had everything boxed up nicely and took the time to explain some of the finer points of the build. If I ever need something IT related, this will always be my first and most likely only stop! I can't say enough good things about the respectful manner and amount of integrity at this shop!
