We were a little concerned at first to have just one printer in the office but this printer really does it all we are able to copy, scan, and fax all in one! Paper glides thru just like butter! Service was quick, the staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and always ready to help!

Amber with Copiers Plus Wilmington was amazing to work with. Got our quotes and paperwork in a very timely manner and copier was delivered way before when we expected. Amber even showed up for the delivery to make sure we didn't have any questions about the new machine. What a TEAM! We could not be happier (at Scarless VeinCare byDr. Kamran) with the quality of service we have received as a new customer. Jordan Woodruff did not throw in the towel each time I asked for a revision to our quote...he is a problem solver. He worked with me to meet our business needs and was able to come up with a solution that...MADE SENSE and was reasonable! Amber was extremely helpful, patient and went above and beyond getting us the right machine for our business. She paid attention to our requests and really listened in order to meet our needs. The service has been very quick and responsive. We are very pleased with the ease of use and capabilities of our printer- it has made our workload so much better. The ease of printing means we can offer new products to clients which is essential for a small business.
