My husband placed an order through 1800Flowers for Valentine's Day. He ordered me a beautiful floral arrangement with TWO Valentine-themed balloons, a personalized card and a box of candy. I received a floral arrangement that looked like the flowers were already a week old, and it looked nothing like the arrangement that he picked out. It also only came with only ONE balloon that said "You're So Special" - not even close to a Valentine's Day message. No personalized card or box of candy was delivered. It did come with a standard notecard, and I called the phone number listed on the card and it just rang and rang. No option to leave a message either. I called 1800Flowers and told them what happened, and they placed a reorder, assuring me that everything that my husband ordered and paid for would be delivered. I waited 2 days and the reorder never showed up. I called 1800Flowers again and asked for a full refund, which they agreed to. Go to Google and read their reviews. I don't know how this company has stayed in business for as long as it has, but we will never use them again. Go through a local, reputable floral company! DO NOT order from 1800Flowers because it looks like they send their orders for fulfillment to the cheapest company they can find. Please look at the pictures provided and decide for yourself.

Do not order from this place. My flowers were left by front door in cold weather and died the next day. The arrangement was so ugly it made me cry as my son sent them for my birthday. Called the florist and he could have cared less and told me I had to call florist that referred the order to him. I did that and told them not to use this business as a referral. They put in a call to him but he never called me back. This makes me sick and it was so expensive and they have no business sending out the shoddy work they do. Karma will find you…at least I hope so.

The most horrible flowers I have ever received. The were died when they arrived and the water was slimy. How do people get away with this, they don't even answer the phone so I can talk to them.

My son sent me an “arrangement” from your store and it was completely unacceptable. I know he paid good money for this and all I got was a few pine sprigs and a few fake berries. Not ONE flower. A five year old could do better. I am requesting you send my son a refund right away. My order #36804676.It was still a very poor arrangement. No thought or professional creativity. There can’t be more than $3.00 worth of products . I expect more from a professional florist.

Brown and broken flowers were delivered with a half deflated balloon. Tried calling the business multiple times during business hours with no answer. No way of communicating via email.

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS FLORIST. I ordered these flowers for Mother’s Day, paid $80 for an EXTRA LARGE arrangement and this was what was delivered!? It’s missing Lillies and doesn’t even look like the arrangement I ordered- not to mention how small it is. It was bare on one side!First photo is what I ordered, the last two are what my poor mom received.

Son order a Mother's Day arrangement from out of state... flowers look like they were nearly frozen, dirty water... a mess .. still haven't bloomed in 4 days. What a waste and disappointment order # 34311552.. he should be refundedJim got your message to replace... we are traveling ..

Big yikes! Received flowers from a customer at work and half of them were looking real sad. The ones circled were from Jim. You can’t get in touch with him because no one answers the phone.The ones in the back were from my fiancé and were absolutely gorgeous! They came from JULIAS. Highly recommend taking your business there

I received a bouquet for mothers day and the flowers were great wth one problem. The roses in the arrangement had dropping necks the next day. Had to pull them out the next day.c

Do not use. Do not order thru someone who would contract thru this business. My husband ordered a beautiful bouquet online, which is not what was delivered. If no stars was an option, I would use it.

My family and I decided to use Creative Designs by Jim as the florist for my father’s funeral. The biggest mistake we could have made. Worst service I’ve ever experienced, Jim is a completely unprofessional, dishonest, condescending, business owner that takes NO responsibility for his poor service and poor quality of both product and workmanship. Please DO NOT waste your time or money on this Crooked, Cheating Liar running a Scam Florist! Review ALL the other reviews and the 2.4 rating speaks for itself!!
