Jen is the absolute best! Made my move in/move out process great! She has amazing customer service! Hands down the best! Also I didn’t know how to work the storage door my first day, Jen came & made sure I was straight & still followed up the next day! Hands down the best!!!!!!

I have my storage at Garress Road off of Market Street in Wilmington North Carolina. I walked in there reeling with with questions on what am I going to do and knew I had to get my stuff in storage. Jennifer was helpful she gave me a discount that there's a there was a promo out at the time this was maybe a year and a half ago possibly 2 years but she's been a very big help working with her teammate. She's always friendly she's always helpful and she's willing to search for the lowest price that you can get it at

Nice Self-Storage in a convenient location to my future house in Wilmington. Staff was very friendly when I moved in, and the facility is clean and climate controlled.

The facility has ample parking (including covered parking), and is clean. I also like the security, in that a unique code is needed to access the building, as well as the elevator. The staff is also very responsive and efficient.
