This location is always hit or miss with pharmacy service. Today with Esther was truly horrible. I stood at the counter while she ignored me for several minutes. She was unpacking a tub but could have said hello I'll be right with you. Instead I got the impression she wasn't the desk person at all. When she did come to the register she said What is your name? What is your birthday? (that's it, just those words) Then she got my Rx and handed it to me. No words. I asked her to ring out my other items. She said they were flu/cold and must be codified...? I carried those up front and did the self check out because no one was up front. Then waited for someone to attend to me because apparently cough syrup is for adults only. An attendant did make it up front was very nice and apologetic for the wait. Its the last time I visit this location. Will be going further away to Walgreens from now on.

This is the worst CVS I've ever been to and usually CVS is my go to. This is not the first time this place had me leaving fuming. I should've learned my lesson the first couple of times. The pharmacy took forever to reach and I was so abruptly put on hold that the man who put me on hold didn't even finish his sentence before placing me on hold for 10 minutes. When he finally answered at 10:20am he said they were working on the prescription that I had to have filled from the previous night in the ER. When we went to pick it up around noon, we waited 30 minutes in line just to be told it would be ready at 3pm. The store front alone looks run down and their 24 hour sign is poorly painted over and their hours of operation signs are hardly legible and look like garbage. I'm not sure why they are not 24 hours and look so shabby being straight across the street from a very large hospital. Don't waste your time going here. You'll only leave frustrated and still in pain.

Date: 7/23/23Mixed Latino girl pharmacy tech needs to be fired she uses her own cell phone while handling your prescriptions right in front of you I would think this would being a HIPPA violation? I reported it to cvs and no response. Also this same girl falsely accuaed me I guess she thought she was important enough for me to record her or take pictures of her on my cell phone when I was actually texting. She tried to tell me you can't take pictures/ record inside a cvs which I wasn't even doing anyways but I never saw any signs inside that says no recording. She then tried to act like she could get me banned from cvs and would transfer all my prescriptions to another pharmacy lol. I asked the girl for her name but she wouldn't give it to me. I think she is using drugs and was high and was paranoid. She needs to be DRUG TESTED ASAP.Then another time I went to this cvs the Pharmacist black lady who still wears face mask and male pharmacy tech closed the drive thru early and made me come inside it was so ridiculous and they were so rude when I came inside to get my meds someone needs to remind the employees there that when they close at 7pm not 6:50pm.Whoever is managing this CVS needs to be fired the Google reviews and yelp reviews EXPLAIN it all. They could careless about their customers.

You would think that with all the bad reviews this store gets they would try to make a change, but nope, business as usual. Just like any other corporate entity. They only care about the shareholders and the customer is secondary or third. The pharmacists are rude and definitely do not offer help of any kind to problem solve. I just got out of surgery and my prescription for pain meds was sent to this pharmacy. It wad only a 5 day script. I was told that they didn't have any meds until monday. Granted this was late on a Friday afternoon and my doctors office was already closed, so I couldn't get my prescription to a different pharmacy. Do yourself a favor and find another pharmacy to do business with. This place doesn't care about you.

Absolute worst pharmacy! If you can get your medicine filled anywhere else please do! On Friday I called the pharmacy and they said my order should be ready on Monday. No call on Monday. Tuesday I call and am told it would be ready in the afternoon. So Wednesday morning I go to pick up the prescription. I am told that it is on hold. Then I was told they don't take my insurance and the brand of medicine I can use will be $430. I call my insurance and they said they do take that medicine and it shouldn't be more than $200. I go back to the pharmacist and he begins to just shoot off numbers telling me that another brand they carry is $1000. Because the brand I was supposed to get was never shipped! I told him that for three days I've been told that it was in the shipping process and it had arrived. He went on to say that he is just "filling" in for the day and he needs to know whether I want it or not otherwise he'll give it to someone else! There's so much more that happened after but please pick any other CVS or pharmacy if possible

On July 9, 2022 I was mistakenly charged full price for my first dose of the shingles vaccinne at CVS and instead of having to fill out a four page form to obtain a refund from Humana, another pharmacist, Esther Tella, RPh corrected the mistake and gave me a full refund minus a 45.00 copay on Nov. 15. Pharmacist Teller saved me much time and time and trouble by handling this matter in-store rather than having to spend an hour tracking down numbers and filling out the Humana form. Thank-you Pharmacist Teller! You are the best, and going forward, I will only vist your store at 3302 Market Street in Wilmington, NC!

The red head pharmacist is a total jerk. Every single time we come he is rude. He never tries to help us & tells us they dont accept blue cross blue sheild when literally EVERY SINGLE other pharmacy in town (including other cvs) take that insurance. I get that health care in america sucks but this guy makes it suck even more. Keep him away from the window, he isnt friendly at all!!!! Tried to tell me my medication is 199$ and they didnt accept my insurance. Went to a diff cvs and it was 10$ WITH my insurance!

Literally impossible to talk to someone at the pharmacy over the phone. If you think you will need to call them ever, avoid at all costs. I don't know how they can do this but really do not use this pharmacy. at. all. I'm now going to have to switch all my prescriptions to a different company even though their so close to my house. I've called many times over the year and NEVER can I ever get to speak to someone even if I wait for 15-20 minutes on hold.

Waited on hold to talks to someone in the pharmacy multiple times during different day parts for 20+ minutes.... still yet to talk to someone. I have had great interactions with the pharmacist when I have gone to the location to drop off or pick up but this hold time is ridiculous. I guess I'll be trying a different location so I can actually get my medicine

Absolute awful costumer service in the pharmacy. I've tried calling them for THREE DAYS an hour each time and no one answers. No answer to even get put on hold!!!!

PHARMACY HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! We have been trying to get a transfer for a patient for 2 days now and no one has answered the phone to even place us on hold. We were on hold for over 2 hours yesterday and had to hang up once we closed. The front store nor the corporate office were any help in assisting us. GOOD LUCK should you choose to fill prescriptions with the company!
