Went through hell tonight and ended up at this CVS. Dale in the pharmacy went the extra mile. He was polite and the best to work with. I hope he knows how much our lives were touched by him today!

It is sad that you cannot talk to a Pharmacist. You have to leave a message. What happened to the days when you could speak to a human being and the really sad part is it is like that at the one in Castle Hayne also and probably at all of them. Who knows. Sad sad sad.

Worst pharmacy ever. They don’t even answer the phone!! What kind of pharmacy doesn’t answer the phone??
They give you problems with filling your prescriptions and a few of the pharmacy techs are extremely rude.
I’m going back to a mom and pop pharmacy where they actually treat their customers with respect and care.
CVS on Oleander is pathetic. I’ve had bad experiences with other CVS’s as well. Literally the worst pharmacy out there. Absolutely pathetic.

Showed up at drive thru near closing. Guy in window mumbled something inaudible to me without looking my way. I looked at my clock 5:58 and their 6 pm closing time. I told him I did not understand what he said and this time again not looking my way I heard him say they were closed. I said it’s 5:58, he said no it 6:00 and we’re closed. Yes, I showed up near closing, my bad. His lack of common courtesy earns him my rating….zero.

Had surgery today in Raleigh, and I'm recovering here in Wilmington. We specifically requested that the post-surgery prescriptions be sent to this CVS, as there is surely NO WAY, that they wouldn't have the order filled in the 2 HOURS that it takes to drive from Raleigh to Wilmington. So here I am sitting waiting for my prescription because clearly 2 hours wasn't enough time. "10 minutes" they said. Been here for 30. Asked a worker where the restroom was and she hit me with attitude, rolling her eyes and mutters, "it's in the back".
Kinda wished there was at least ONE CVS anywhere that could get it right. Like once. Ever.

I am so beyond mad and disappointed. I went into this cvs to buy a plan b with my boyfriend. The cashier told us we had to go to the pharmacy to purchase it (I thought that was odd, as I’ve bought one from the cashier in my past) and so we went, the pharmacist told us they were backed up and needed to go back to cashier. As we found a different cashier she told us the reason may be that she sent us away was because of “religious” beliefs. I AM A CITIZEN coming to a citizen sought out store. I am so beyond mad. I don’t give a single damn about your religious beliefs. All I could think about was my younger sister in my position and her not knowing that just one more question could have gotten what she needed before she had to take different steps in the future. Completely and utterly dissatisfied and disappointed in the “customer” service we receive as civilians at a public drug store.

AVOID THIS MINUTE CLINIC AT ALL COSTS.
Incompetent and under qualified staff with terrible patient bedside manner and customer service. They found every excuse to not provide us with vaccines. We had appointments, tried to check in at the kiosk and it wasn’t working. One other patient patient came in an experienced the same issue. After 20 minutes a “provider”came out and said to make another appointment at the kiosk.
With no one in the waiting room we scheduled another appointment as asked. The provider refused to give us any care until our next scheduled appointment an hour later…
We did not wait for them to sit around on their phones with no other patients in sight…

Rude young girl working there today. She had her cart in the isle stocking items and refused to slide her cart over for me when I was standing there saying excuse me trying to get by. I had to move it myself and she said “excuse you”. I guess she’s an unhappy person and it makes her feel better to spread the unhappiness around.
