Terrible pharmacy, had to wait over 24 hours just to have a 7 day supply of pain meds filled all while having 2 broken ribs. Worst pharmacy experience I've ever had.

Carolina Beach Road store is very clean and I'm Loving the way they are so fast and friendly both pharmacy and store that's where I will be shopping happy happy joy joy ?

Never have I dealt with a pharmacy that is so sloppy and slow . The woman that was supposed to fill my prescription was inept , rude , and obviously undertrained for her position . People like this have no business whatsoever dealing with something so important as prescriptions . It seems that CVS is only interested in making a dollar , and will hire anyone to save a buck . If you are concerned with your state of health , do yourself a favor and go to a good pharmacy . Your life quite possibly may depend on it .

This was a really nice CVS. Very clean, great selection, and the employees were actually approachable and nice. I enjoye my quick stop here and would actually drive across town to go to this location rather than ones closer.

For the health and wellness of our beach community how about you put the trash can back so the trash doesn't blow all over the town? You sell items that MAKE trash so let's be a good community partner and help the situation instead of making it worse!

My favorite CVS!!!! Everyone is so friendly, helpful, and thorough. I've been using this location for years. If they are out of stock on my meds, they go above and beyond to help me get my meds at another location. All staff is very helpful!! If I start a new medication, they're very informative about the medication and how and when to use it for the best results for my treatment.

Terrible customer service in the pharmacy! I had a prescription there with an automatic refill. They never bothered to contact me. Then said they would have to special order it and would cost $1000. Had my doctor call in to Costco and same supply amount was $75. This is a terrible pharmacy. Always problems!

To start I would like to comment on couple reviews,as to going pick up medication,U MOST LIKELY WERE TRYING TO PICKUP A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE AND KNEW IT,WAS TO EARLY, And the employees see it's in system and say yes,When they go to Fill it,they have Rules to OBEY ,and the System tells them When it can be Filled, Dr gives enough to last if Not ABUSED,?? It's NOT Employees Decision And far as Paul, He's Just a Dang Good Obedient Pharmacist That does His Job...AND A AWESOME JOB TO ,MIGHT I ADD..All the Employees at His Pharmacy Are always Very, Informative, Courteous, and Prompt,And are Appreciated Very Much, PS can't say same for Brunswick Forest, pharmacy..? Thanks,and With this Pharmacy you'll be WELL!!

Speaking generally about CVS and their COVID testing: A person goes through all the online effort to secure a testing time and then is called and hour later to say the tester is sick so your appointment is cancelled. It's really hard to find an appointment anywhere and takes time to refill everything out. I deeply appreciate the prompt notice so I wasn't already out there waiting to get tested when I got news it was cancelled and have time to TRY to look for an alternative now. However, it would be great for CVS to allow the individual stores to stop any online appointments being made for those situations or auto text alert and cancel them when they don't have staffing because I may have missed the call. Again, the employee that contacted me was great but all the other aspects of the set up are awful. And then when I go online to verify my appointment is cancelled, my only option of those given by CVS to say why is select "other" because I am not the one who cancelled it. And if there are any charges for a no show or anything else resulting from this, I will be making sure it gets rectified.
