I’ve gone to different minute clinics in Wilmington for YEARS and have never had a healthcare provider and rude and cold as Stephanie (from other reviews clearly I’m not alone in this). The lady in the larger office at minute clinic was LOVELY, so kind and definitely settled my nerves after being treated like a burden by Stephanie.

The people in the store are very nice. However, In the years I've done business with them I cannot remember a single transaction involving prescriptions that didn't have a major problem. Problems with delivery (incomplete deliveries), problems with getting the correct prescriptions (receiving incorrect prescriptions), problems with pricing/insurance, problems with availability (things like insulin or diabetic supplies), problems transferring prescriptions (from one CVS to another has proven VERY difficult), problems with the mobile app (regular crashes and unable to complete standard tasks in a clear and concise way), and problems with the website (regular crashes and unable to complete normal tasks like requesting a refill)... again the employees have been very nice, and they say "sorry" when things go wrong, but no one seems to be able to fix the continual problems and it makes working with the company a real pain in the butt. CVS in general (not just this location) is by far the most anxiety provoking part of my health care.

It’s 7:34AM on Sunday (Oct 20th) when the store is supposed to be open (according to Google and the hours on the door) and it’s still closed. I need to get my wife pads because of her surgery, now I have to drive around more. Thanks.

Most unprofessional healthcare staff I have seen
They are rude, demeaning and slyly find ways to insult you
If you are nervous, uncertain or are planning on going to an appointment with them, I cannot urge away from this location enough, and I’m amazed this location’s healthcare professional has a license

Pharmacy is a nightmare. Not just for controlled substances, ALL substances! They don’t keep some of them in stock & only order them when the patient needs them to be filled which means every month I am unable to receive the medication on the day I actually need it. If the rx needs something no one lets you know. So you show up expecting to pick up a prescription & only THEN are you told that there is a delay & that I need to call the prescribing Dr. This is a preferred pharmacy with my insurance. This is what contributes to healthcare becoming a joke.

This company is complete garbage. Their policies make no sense, their pharmacists are idiots, and there is no accountability. Walgreens is better and just across the street

Came to an appointment for the minute clinic on multiple occasions. I’m 100% disabled through the VA and I have medical coverage to cover all my medical expenses. However ever since the lady with blond shaved hair starting working there it seems that the VA will not process my insurance. This lady is so rude she does not belong in the healthcare profession. Everything you do or say to her makes it seem like you’re inconveniencing her. If you don’t like your job go home!! So now I have to make another appointment with another CVS so I can attempt to get seen again. Awful!!!! I’m not trying to put people on the spot but this lady can’t do her job, I can understand once maybe, but 2 times is crazy!

Made an appointment at the minute clinic for a sore throat, it hurt to breathe so it was pretty bad. They wouldn’t treat me because I’m a disabled veteran whose medical expenses are covered by the VA. Apparently this company has an agenda against veterans. Do not go here!

FYI everyone they still aren't any better. 1st and last for me. 2 cars in the lot standing for 20 mins to be rushed off by a blue haired nasty min clinic worker who couldn't even bother to look me in the face turning me away with nobody else there. Not surprised to see the 2.8 Google. Another CVS took care of me BTW and were very nice. I hope you guys staff better soon. Wallgreen's parking lot was full BTW across the street. Might want to secret shop this site.

*DISCRIMINATION * My son was turned away 2 times at this location Minute Clinic by RN Steph V. She was unprofessional, nasty attitude, and would not see him claiming his insurance was not active. I called the insurance company over the phone and verified it has been active since he was born. She could not print out or show me proof of where it stated he was denied.
