Just go somewhere else, im absolutely astonished at how AWEFUL their customer service is. Lazy workers and show zero interest in helping customers feel special during the bridal dress try ons. They took my mother’s measurements, ordered her a dress that didn’t fit her at all and had no interest in helping her make this wrong right. I lead all conversations to how we were going to fix this while they just stood there looking stu***. We’re doing alterations elsewhere and hopefully have a better experience than with David’s Bridal. It just sucks that now my mother is left having doubts about her once dream dress.

I am writing this review from my fiancée's account.Kimy was wonderful and very attentive. She pulled every dress I wanted to try on. She was awesome!!After going home and pulling up pictures of all the dresses I tried on, I fell in love with a different dress. My mom and I raced back to David's Bridal in the early evening and Kimmi was already gone. I started panicking and telling Joslyn and Kylynn that I think I made a mistake and picked the wrong dress. They instantly reassured me that everything is going to be OK. They pulled my original dress and the one I loved more. They took their time and let me try the dresses on more than once and then they put on a veil and I knew I had to switch dresses. They made this experience of panic turn into complete joy. I am so happy and cannot wait to pick up my dress. Thank you to Kimmi, Josyl and Kylynn. You are all amazing!!

Booked an appointment last minute and didn’t know what to expect when I showed up but Lilly was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her to help find your dress!

Leah was so overworked when myself and 2 of my bridesmaids were there to try on dresses. There were other people working, but Leah was the one running everywhere. I felt as though we were not giving the time nor the respect we should've had with me booking 2 appointments ? but I did say yes to a dress

This review is solely for the alterations department as I had a wonderful experience. Before I purchased my dress, I mentioned that I would need the hem altered. The lady who checked me out first checked with the alterations department to see if they would be able to deliver my dress on time. Since it was one week until my event, there would be a rush charge, which of course I expected. (Dabbling in alterations myself, I decided that this hem was not one I would want to try to conquer myself.) Once she confirmed they could do it, I made the purchase. The alterations team took me immediately after my purchase to pin the hem and get the process rolling. I chose my pick up date (6 days after my purchase), returned to try on the dress with my shoes, and it was a perfect fit! They did a beautiful job and you couldn't even tell any altering had been done to my beautiful dress. So thank you to the entire alterations team, you did an amazing job!

Joslyn was amazing. I was a little nervous for dress shopping, but she made the experience so much fun and made me feel so welcomed. She was so knowledgeable about the dresses, and helped me piece together the perfect look.

My daughter had an appointment on Saturday, Jan 27th for her bridesmaids to try on dresses. It was a horrible experience! It was wayyyyyy to crowded and there was no place to sit or even stand! They overbooked and our salesperson was not any help at all. These brides have enough to think about and then you give them this type of experience that was so overwhelming!!! Terrible shop!!Do not go here for any of your bridal needs!!!

My daughter had an appointment scheduled on Jan 14th to shop for a wedding dress. I called to let them know we were running 5 minutes late. When we arrived my daughter checked in with Jordan, was given a bridal bag, and asked to browse dresses until she could be helped. We asked Jordan if we could have a chair so that my daughter-in-law could sit and nurse her infant. Jordan rudely said she wasn't able to give us one. After thirty minutes of waiting for our stylist we asked Jordan when we were going to be helped. She told us that my daughter hadn't checking in even though she was the one that had checked her in and gave her the bridal bag. Within 10 minutes her stylist, Bethany came to help her. Bethany was very welcoming and friendly. The store was very busy that day. Even though Bethany was helping others try on dresses she maintained her composure and assisted my daughter. Thanks, Bethany, for making my daughters dress search pleasant! Jordan needs to work on her customer service skills!

My stylist, Joslyn, did absolutely amazing. I came in with a general idea of what I wanted and she picked the most gorgeous dress I could ask for. I loved my time with her today and couldn't ask for anyone better.

My bridesmaids and I were in today and we had Karmell helping us. He was absolutely amazing. He was so patient with us and helped us so much! He made the experience so easy and fun! I definitely recommend David’s Bridal.

I have had a wonderful experience with the help of the women who work there. Sharon, Nikki, Jocelyn, Kimmie & Jori are such an asset. They assisted me with such care and kindness. They were always more than willing to come to the rescue, which every bride to be needs!! Excellent customer service!!! ???

On our wedding day when she went to put on the dress it snapped at a crucial point and became a tape job and scramble for it to work. After the wedding my wife and mil went to complain and she requested a refund on the dress because who wants to keep a damaged dress after all the trouble? They were told the customer service would give us an answer and yesterday the store manager called and stated the best they could do is 15 percent and it was due to her wearing the dress. The store manager also stated... "It's a shame nobody had a needle and thread to help you" that's a hell of a thing to say after paying 5 to 6 hundred dollars to them to make it fit and work. I am writing this review to state that if you have a daughter or fiance that is looking to go with Davids Bridal don't expect great customer service or a quality product. It will also be your fault for wearing your dress on your wedding day because apparently your not supposed to do that? I work for one of the areas largest employers and I will gladly tell anyone who will listen not to do business with this company. I also think the store manager should learn to have a little more respect to her customers since words travel fast. I also asked for the district manager to call me and she stated they are too busy this week with calls. If you want to be blown off and disregarded Davids Bridal is the place for you!
