Says it opens at 8am doesn't open till 9 the door say 8 to when I said that to the staff the cashier was rude.need better customer service.ok guys u need to do better

Can't be picks I mean it's a dollar oh and 25cents. Never hardly anything in this dollar tree and you already know one cashier as always sometimes friendly sometimes clean . You get what you get for a dollar and a quarter

Went into college road, Wilmington NC dollar tree, as soon as you walk in it smelled like urine!! We ealked fast into the store just a little nore to see if it would go away and it didn’t! 🤮 We had to leave because we couldn’t take the smell! Yall literally sell cleaning products, USE THEM!! PLEASE!!!

The store smells like urine and marijuana, this is completely unacceptable for a business in any coastal town where visitors come too! I was embarrassed for Dollar Tree itself for the crew working and for the other customers, and for the overall city! The corporation needs to get a hold of this location and get them back on track.

One of the associates that works here is so unbelievably rude. A couple weeks ago I asked to remove an item from my purchase - all prior to payment. Endless eyerolls, huffing and puffing and attitude. I figured she was having a bad day and moved on. Today, I unfortunately met her at check out again. she was unable to give me change for my $30 purchase from a $50 bill.
I understand that there are limitations and that are out of the cashiers hands but the eyerolls and attitude is just uncalled for. Absolutely unhelpful, and I’ll be driving across town for my craft supplies going forward.
Older woman with long blonde/white hair. Always unpleasant and rude.

I am delivering to this store the merchandise mgr called me Whoopi I told her that’s not my name she tells an associate don’t she looks like Whoopi because of her hair. The store mgr was told so she got on the mic and said blah blah she don’t care. So this is okay to street drivers huh DT

Very hard to navigate the store today because of all the boxes that were left in the isles and some were completely blocked out by pallets of products

Very busy, which is expected this time of year, but one lady that worked there.... WOW. Can you say curb your attitude and calm down. Be happy you have a job. Some people dont be happy it's Christmas after all get in the mood!

Very reasonable prices has everything that you need Come check out all your holiday needs. They have Halloween already got Thanksgiving and Christmas. You'll be ready to go.

Nasty. Disorganized, trash lying around, unstocked shelves all during the first hour the store was open. The worst dollar tree in Wilmington by far.
