I was a little disappointed with my visit to this location today. Normally I always have a good experience, but today was quite different. I was surprised to see one employee outside the store smoking, but even more surprised to see another employee vaping in the store while working and on her phone. This is all happening while the young man at the register (who was very polite) had a line to the back of the store!! The two employees doing all the smoking at no point looked to see if this young man needed any help. I just disappointed in how unprofessional this store is operating.

Entered Dollar tree Military Cutoff Rd on Thursday Mar 7 at 5:35 pm. Went in and purchased a $1.00 tube of super glue. At checkout I was greeted by an elderly lady with a limp. A mid 40's white lady manager stepped out of the office watching..The elderly employee asked if she was going to get off work soon. The manager verbally laid into her..With a loud nagging voice she yelled at the woman stating "You will not be leaving until I say you can leave! In fact, you will have to stay over your scheduled time! Furthermore, you are doing a poor job and there have been complaints about you!" ...At this point I couldn't take anymore and informed the manager that she was discourteous and rude, and that she should not be persecuting her employees in public and that she (the manager) needed to learn customer service skills...not the poor elderly disabled woman... I paid and left angry and upset about this managers awful treatment of a nice elderly disabled woman....

During my transaction the cashier starts having a conversation with the customer behind me, stating how another customer was rude and nasty to her. She then throws my receipt on the counter, doesnt hand me the bag that's on her side of the counter and never once greeted me. Priceless.

Crowded w boxes and w people. Seemed much trashier than when it was only 1 dollar and no screwdrivers which was the only reason I was there.

Horrible experience today. 12/08/22First and last time shopping at this location.If you have children is best to not go there!Today my son got screamed at for grabbing an item that he wanted to see and show I'm me. The cashier at the time (9am) said, "put that back" and with a face then continue to tell the customer Infront of us that "it's been a long day" "it's going by slow". Idk what you're issue is but I do know that as a sales person you should have good experience on customer service. Obviously she doesn't have children in order to know that they aren't always going to be quiet or standing still. As I was once told "what ever problem you have leave it out there once you walk into your job, and do your best".

I was in the store today over overheard a employee miss Yanni gave Ann the freightManager a box and hen Ann walked over to Dylan store manager store had a whole negative conversation about Miss yonnie then Ann comes to the front yelling at her then Dylan defended miss Ann told miss yonnie she need to stop and she did nothing wrong. Ann was around the store talking negative about her employee

We were visiting family and stopped at dollar tree to pick up some snacks and party supplies it was I good experience the employees were so friendly and helped around the store it was nice to visit a place that still believes in good customer service

I love shopping at the store they have a lot of stuff that most of the Dollar trees don't but I do not like coming here lately because there's no air conditioner and it's extremely hot in the store I could just see the frustration on the workers faces and I feel so sorry for them let alone for the customers to have to shop in the store please fix your air conditioner it will be greatly appreciated thank you

This is such a great location and the employees are always friendly but the air conditioning has been out for 2-3 weeks. It’s Way too hot to shop in this store.
