Matt Elmore went out of his way to assist me with all my questions and concerns while needing to rent a car due to a not at fault accident I was involved in. He definitely went above and beyond for my husband and I. Then I had to call back the next day and he was unavailable and his coworker was just as helpful. What an amazing team over at this location!

Fast, friendly service. Always acknowledged my wait as though they really cared I had to wait. Gave us a ride home when we dropped the car off. Car was clean, high tech, and comfy. Overall a good experience.

Friendly prompt service. Searched and found Wrangler I was looking for, but it smelled, was dirty and had low grade features. I appreciate the effort. So they put me in a very nice Durango. They also discovered and kept safe some items I left.

The RAV-4 SUV was the worst car we ever rented. The front wheels felt like they were loose and the low idle feature was annoying. It was not big enough to allow my walker folded in the back seat area with a hump in the floor making loading difficult. The lane line crossing alert was annoying and erratic. The office service and staff were very good. The rental barely met our needs so we did not return it for a better car ; decided to live with it for short time period.
