Can't figure them out. You go online to apply for a recreational vehicle loan. Easy process. Days go by and you hear nothing. Finally I call and ask what the deal is and was told they don't do recreational loans. Why have it on the website if you do not offer it. Why not call me, email me and let me know? Back to Navy Federal I go. At least they make you feel valuable.

While the interest rates for your accounts are phenomenal and there are many other perks I can’t say the experience has been good. I switched to Excite earlier this year and since then my card has been put on hold 4 times for 1)Amazon, 2)SHEIN, 3)Amazon (again), and 4)I attempted to buy an 8$ plant from a business I have bought from many times since I’ve had Excite but somehow this one 8$ charge was suspicious. To compound the issue, they don’t even attempt to contact you to tell you your debit is locked despite saying they’ve locked it for “suspicious purchases”, not suspicious enough to let me know they believe my card’s been stolen or otherwise compromised. You have to find that out standing at the register like a fun little surprise. No one can tell me why, they unblock it and it happens all over again. I’ve been here less than 6 months. Now it’s locked AGAIN 2 days before Christmas and no one can unblock it because it’s the holidays. How am I supposed to feed my family if I can’t buy groceries? And why can no one do anything to keep this from accruing continuously? I’m seriously considering switching, the perks just aren’t worth not having access to my money.

Somehow Excite Credit Union got my email address and now they won't stop spamming me with someone else's banking information. I have never been to their bank and do not even live in a state where they operate. The first time that I got an Excite Credit Union email, I called them and they said it was an input error and that they had removed me from their system. But I still keep getting their spam emails (it has been months now). When I call now they say that I'm not in their system. Obviously that is wrong because they keep spamming me with someone else's loan and banking information. Be careful about giving them your email address.

Love this credit union in general. However, this is the only branch I use. All of the staff are extremely friendly and professional.I want to point out Alexandra in Financial Services is awesome. I will always keep my personal and business accounts with Excite.

I’m a customer at Excite & it’s older lady there with glasses that’s VERY disrespectful & rude, I’ve called & complained on her one time & she still has a nasty attitude. I stopped going inside to avoid her, I go to the drive-thru here she is with the SAME nasty attitude I feel like she’s prejudice & going to run a lot of customers away. At this point I’m going to have to change my bank I’ve been dealing with this back since I was 16 & I’m now 20.

I've used Alliance Credit Union for 25 years and they treat people as part of the family. Whenever you have a problem with your account, just tell them and they are very understanding and will lead you that you can rely on.I've had made mistakes that resulted in a negative balance and numerous overdraft fees and thought in real trouble. They forgave most of them and put me back in a positive balance. Just don't expect that repetitively. They will show you how it happened and teach you how not to repeat it again.I've never been helped this way in any bank. They make ya feel important and part of the family.Keep in mind that they have been Alliance until recently but they are the same.

God awful customer service.
