Nice atmosphere for a convenient store, has a pub, sometimes doesn’t open. Large floor for access to everything with ease and without bumping into a neighbor. Great staff.

If gas stations like this had a few more groceries, they would be called MINI MARTS. Basically everything that a grocery store has, not as large and they have gas . Happy to live close to the EXXON MINI MART
