Went in yesterday to have some certificates printed. Customer service was fantastic (John I think).....super efficient and I was out in under 5 minutes. Amazing job!

They refused to ship a free return for me unless I spend over $25 in additional packaging. Explain to me how a cardboard box with bubble wrap is over $25? That's rediculous. It's a Walmart return that is supposed to be handled by FedEx.

I called to see how long our delivery would be due to it being something very important and it was getting close to end of time frame. The employee onsite went out of his way to contact the driver. So whoever helped me this past Wednesday ty sir! And to the driver, ty for being so kind as well!!

Richard helped me today and I am so impressed by his Customer Service Skills. I am, let’s say older and not a techie but he helped me every step of the way, nicely and patiently. Enjoyed our conversation also. He made my day.

I didn’t get the name of the person who helped me, but as soon as I walked in, I was greeted and asked if I wanted to do the self service or go to the desk, both were empty. I opted for the self service so he could guide me through it so that I’d know how to do it next time. By my third box, I had the hang of it and he walked away. I accidentally clicked no receipt on my final box so I went to the front desk where a different employee was also extremely nice and printed my receipt for me. He actually scanned all 6 labels on my boxes to give me one receipt. Everyone I encountered was super friendly and went out of their way to be helpful.. And if you’ve ever had to return something, you know that it’s rare. The only reason I’m at this location instead of Walgreens near my house is because I had to pick something up at OfficeMax, but I plan to make the drive the next time I have a return. I’m still in shock over how nice and helpful everyone was.

Incredible customer service. Been coming here for all of my print materials for my businesses for over 2 years. Customer service is what keeps me coming back. Justin, Gabrielle, and Jon are fantastic. Highly recommend.

David was very helpful and professional. I came to create business cards. I am not tech-savy and haven't had cards made in 10 years. He helped me get started on their computer without making me feel stupid or a waste of time. I so much appreciate that!! Plus, the rest of the staff seemed very pleasant and I was happy the store had a nice, clean restroom. I would go out of my way to come here again next time I need their business.
