We called on January 6th to ask for a refill, as our gas was running low. We have had significant issues getting in touch with ferrelgas, and after many days of calling for updates, yesterday they offered to bring the gas that same day if we paid a fee of $200 extra.No thanks.In times of a pandemic, it seems like price gouging to say over and over that you don’t know when you’ll be there, yet in the next breath say... “Well, we could come today for an extra $200.” Unconscionable.We need this gas to cook, but after this delivery, we’ll be switching companies.

Crazy. I have a fireplace with a propane tank. They helped initially based on recommendation from Ron's fireside shop(who are great). It is oct 2 and I started calling them 3 weeks ago asking for help hooking up new item at house.After 5 phone calls and finally being told someone was on vacation and would need to wait until next week I felt better.Yesterday had scheduled from 12 to 3pm. I called at 4 and 4:50 and asked if person was still on way. Was promised a return phone call. Well today at noon I call and ask about if I can get on schedule and ask about yesterday and am informed that if they reschedule they will contact me. I ask for clarification and didn't understand.Very unprofessional. Simply asked for information. And not sure what is so difficult in saying we screwed up yesterday and will be there today at 3 if you are available.Asking for some respect of my time and appreciation for a customer. Propane business must be good to be able to act like this
