Every staff memeber is kind. They know what they are doing, always. They can catch hackers before they steal your money. I am always satisfied with them. Lisa is great. All of them are great. I would recommend this bank to anyone, 100% of the time.

I do not have an account at this bank but l did some work for someone who does. I went in to cash his check on his bank and they wanted me to open an account, l said no thank you. The teller got offensive then. Wanted my drivers license and my debit card as 2 forms of id(l get that) but wrote both numbers down, looked at me and said " its for all the scammers during the holiday, l know people dont like it but they' re gonna have to get used to it!"And charged me 10.00 to cash it. I was furious when l left but l told her to have a nice day?

This bank does not care about small business owners. Wasted a year dealing with this place. Maria is rude, and unhelpful. Ps, maybe if you didn’t smoke so many cigs in the 80s you wouldn’t look like one.

I was totally devastated by the astronomically HIGH "service charge" for cashing a check from an account holder by a "non-account" holder. The bank would declare that they cashed the check of $150.00 and charged me $10.00 for cashing it; when in ESSENCE they are guilty of the "misappropriation of an account holder's funds." If an account holder writes a check for an amount, they intend for the person named on the "Pay to the Order of" to get from their account the FULL AMOUNT period. The fact of the matter is that, the Bank is rendering a service to the account holder by holding THEIR monies in their bank. The account holder is ALREADY paying service charges for the bank handling their money, and that being said; the banks are guilty of doubly assessing their account holders service charges. THAT IS WHAT THE LAW CALLS "STEALING", and COUNTLESS BANKS HIDE behind the practice of "there's an X dollar amount charge for cashing a check if you don't have an account here". The irony of this practice, is that they actually think it is a marketing effort to get NEW account holders. BUT IT IS HAVING A VERY OPPOSITE EFFECT AND WILL ONLY CAUSE THE LOSS OF POTENTIAL ACCOUNT HOLDERS, when it is realized that your bank is GUILTY OF MISAPPROPRIATING THE FUNDS OF ACCOUNT HOLDERS TO FATTEN YOUR COFFERS UNDER THE GUISE OF A "service charge for cashing checks" on money from their accounts. PEOPLE GO TO JAIL FOR ROBBING BANKS, WHERE DO BANKS GO FOR ROBBING PEOPLE?

I started banking with FNB 36 years ago in PA. I have never wanted to change banks, even living in NC for 31/2 years before they opened branches here. Thank goodness for online banking, cardguard and the measures FNB takes to monitor and stop fraudulent activity. Love this Bank!

Service fee of $17 per month for 6 debit card transactions with a balance of > $4000? Sounds like it's time to close this account. Too many changes in a very short time. I was just getting used to Vantage South!
