the lady followed us around the entire time after I told her I was just trying to get an idea of what I was looking for and didn't need help. The hovering was insane and made me feel uncomfortable and like I couldn't really stop and look at something else wise she'd harass me with trying to sell it. Without exaggeration, we did an entire lap of the store and the whole time she was about two feet behind us the entire time. There wasn't anyone else shopping in the store, so I get maybe she was desperate to sell or bored, but it was very off putting.

my aunt in her mid 60’s bought a lounge chair there andit broke a year and couple months. she was happy with it initially but did not expect it to collapse on her- she is the only one in the home and who sits on it. she is not huge in size - just average for her age.she checked back at the store and they would not help her. it was clearly a quality issue with the furniture. She is slower withcommunication than the average person so maybe they “discounted” her and blew her off because of that l. I was not there and she is not savy enough to write a review so I am doing it for her. the chair should not have broken so soon. consider her experience before you count on the quality or integrity of this store! L

manager followed us around and kept staring and made us feel uncomfortable, would not leave us alone and ruined our experience. not good at all. do not shop here did not feel safe.

We went to the store on Wednesday Oct 12nd, the sales manager Luby Carrol and his partner help us very well what we looking for. both are friendly and nice. he said the furniture is ready. that fast and i'm shock. because we ordered to other furniture store, took a very loooong time to wait. I wish i know this store long time ago. btw On Oct 13th we decided to order bed, dresser and nightstand for guess bedroom. Delivery and installed was today on Oct 14th. Michael and Nick did excellence Job. thank you so much. Btw the quality and the price is great. absolutely I will come back again.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING AT FURNITURE FAIR ! They sell defective goods and Do NOT Stand behind their products!!Steve , manager, is deceptive and absent when you have an issue! Save yourself a lot of Stress and buy elsewhere!!

ZERO stars if I could! I bought one chair on a Thurs. returned on Fri. ($199) per their return policy and they took chair and said refund takes another day - after no less than 8 calls, and 7 days, no call back and no refund, had dispute charge with credit card company to get a almost $200 refund - had another experience w a couch that was damaged that they were hesitant to take back until we reached a confrontation. BE WEARY, you get what you pay for and they do not issue refunds timely

This store is not for us. Their wide selection of Electric lift chairs were not connected to electricity. Salesman was saying any thing to sound agreeable, but not really reliable information.

The people are nice and helpful.I also thougt they are patient .I see many complaints about not have any thing in stock that was true for me too.You can always go to Jacksonville and get it yourself if you dont to wait.that would be my only complaint.

if a zero star rating was possible i would give them that, but it's not. the delivery team was the most unprofessional thing i had ever seen in my life. after multiple deliveries to our condo complex where they used a lift to deliver everyone's furniture, they then decided to refuse to deliver a chest for us because of the steps. between our entire family and all of our friends we have given them at least $20,000 worth of business, but we will never spend a penny here again. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

This company is the absolute worst when it comes to customer service. I purchased furniture in Jan 2022. They mixed up my delivery and out of good faith stated they would credit my delivery fee back to my charge card. I have been trying for 2 weeks to have them process the $212.93 they owe me for delivery. The store manager Steve H. is extremely rude and condescending while becoming argumentative when I asked for a regional manager or someone to help. I visited the local Wilmington store to speak with someone face to face and was told that the credit was processed to my account. Called my credit card company this morning to confirm and they actually charged my card $212.93 instead of crediting my account. ABSOLUTELY no one will supply information of who to speak with to correct this issue. They will not provide a number to the district manager and they will not supply information to anyone in corporate that can help resolve this issue. They now have over $400 of my money and refuse to fix the issues. They are willing to sell furniture, but not willing to provide customer service.

I will never shop at this store again .I ordered my sectional one side was damaged, spoke to manager and all having so many issues trying to get it replaced. Ordered a bedroom set, I was suppose to get it 2 weeks ago, still having a hassle getting what I paid for . Worst service ever ! Do not recommend to anyone. Every time I call and speak to someone, have to explain my situation over and over and nothing gets resolved. Never again !

My father and I went in to find me a functional and comfortable new couch because I am going to be having a baby soon, and I am trying to get my place in order. When we walked in they really didn't seem interested in helping us and instead said let us know if you need help. When I did finally ask for help on an item they said that they did not have it in stock for 4-6 months, so why isn't that notated on the site? It says in stock... So, then I asked for a similar couch in the same price range of $700-800, and instead they brought me to multiple different couches that were twice the price and were not even close to what I was looking for, in fact they looked like something I would find at a yard sale. They purposely tried to upsell, (clearly their pay is based on commission), instead of actually trying to find you something within your budget and what you are looking for. I finally found a couch that I really liked and when I mentioned it they told me that it was already sold. Why would you still have it out for sale on the floor if it has been sold and you have not put a sold sign on it? They just were not helpful at all. Instead we took our chances with rooms to go and we ended up spending way over what we wanted, about $1,600 plus warranties, so they lost out on a great sale all do to customer service. My review on rooms to go is available on their site. Don't waste your time at furniture fair.

they forgot to make my delivery. first time I went in they couldn't find my payment said oh we forgot to put it in the computer. Second time I went in they hit my account for $594 instead of $94. Now they're telling me it's going to be 4 to 7 days to get my money back. Meanwhile I can't put gas in my car or get groceries. My advice go somewhere else ☺️
