Walking into Home Depot I saw 3 employees. None of them were interested in providing any customer service. I encountered an employee who could answer my question. I went to self checkout where an employee was engaged in a conversation with a customer. He was smiling as I was approaching. We made eye contact & he immediately looked constipated. The trip was unpleasant to say the least. Do better Home Depot on Eastwood Road!

Home depot has done me right, my wife and I spend a lot of money here on DIY projects and these folks are quick to help. They didn't have the item I wanted so they sold me something better for the price of the item not in stock. That is customer service, Thanks Perry you are awesome!

My most recent visit to Home Depot in Wilmington North Carolina was very positive. Larry in Plumbing Was very helpful and Brian at self check out helped me suspend my purchase until I found the right adhesive for the job! Good store with great customer service!!!

I have worked up and down the East Coast for years and have visited many Home Depot. This location, however, has by far the most helpful and nicest staff that I have ever encountered. Every staff person that passed by me asked if I needed help and when I did, they took me directly to where I needed to be. I would highly recommend, if you're in the area and need Home Depot, that you visit this one!

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND GOING THERE
The most racist people work there, they assumed I don’t understand English and started to speak Spanish to me even though I was speaking English, i don’t even understand Spanish. Asked for help and the person said they will call someone to come help me and 10 minutes in no one showed up so I had to leave and go get my stuff from a different place.
