Always a great selection of everything. Best goodwill in Wilmington however, a certain member of the staff with long stringy gray hair is without a doubt the unfriendliest employee of any goodwill I've been to. She is just rude and snaps at customers. Other than that, no complaints.

We went to just about all the thrift stores in the area today and this was the worst. Really picked over, not many good finds, and the store was a mess.

No buggys available for people with toddlers. When I asked for one so that I can carry my items & grandson I was told no they are for Warehouse only. Mind you that the baskets aren't meant for children. Then I asked could I leave it at the front register, NO we're not allowed to hold items. I was walking a 2 yr old & trying to buy a walker for my mother. Explain to me how this is possible? Unsympathetic nasty & rude to say the least!!!

Im going to Pop Some tags only got $20 in my pocket, this is F'n Awesome! loI Love thrift stores and you know what your going to get when you get to Goodwill and occasionally that little unexpected find (not as often as back in the day) But still cool place to peruse, if you know what I mean!

Tried to drop off donations on a Sunday and they refused them. The lady working was very rude. What kind of rule is that? Just have a bin where people can put stuff in. Your non profit is ran off of donations, you should accept them every single day.

Not much of a selection and wish they would mark racks with prices, also should incorporate the color of the week sales

I love goodwill of course you will not always find what you are looking for but that is the thrill of the hunt! I myself go there a few times a week since I live like 3 mins away and often find good things! It’s really just timing and luck! Also love the girl Megan who works there she’s always friendly and working hard!

I stopped in because I wanted a clear bowl for layered dessert for a Mother's Day dinner that I have planned. I was able to find a clear bowl and a couple of shirts.

Rarely anything good on the shelves, but employees are nice and the store is pretty clean. One thing I really can't stand is that they write prices on items in black marker. Why??!! Every other thrift store I go to uses price tags. I know Goodwill in other cities use price tags, so I don't think it's a Goodwill policy to use black marker, I think it is laziness. I'm not going to shop at GW anymore because of this. I mean, who's brilliant idea is it to write prices on crystal, silver and wood?
