Jim was excellent! He kept me informed throughout the process, calling me to let me know what was done to my car, and when I could expect it to be done. It was all a very easy transaction, and I will definitely go to him, if needed, in the future.

I got rear ended in my 16 tundra and Jim and his team was able to get my truck looking brand new and took care of everything with the insurance company. Definitely will be coming back if I ever need any other body work!

The Jeff Gordon Collision Center exceeded my expectations in coordinating estimates, repairs and a rental vehicle. Working with my insurance company and Enterprise Rentals, my vehicle was assessed, parts were ordered, the bodywork and replacements conducted and a full detailing took place within a two week period (would have been less but a holiday was part of that time.). Progressive was on top of this and keeping me informed as was Karol Tumanyan, my Collision Care expert! And Enterprise dropped off the rental at the Collision Center!

The car was done in the time promised and at the quote given. I was informed throughout the repairs of the status and when I picked it up - not only great work but a clean car - even the front interior was cleaned. Told of the warranty as well. Grateful for their professionalism and quality workmanship
