“Got a coupon for oil change and tire rotation so made an appointment online , luckily was available to go on the same day , got there 10 minutes before my appointment time , checked in, went to the couple stores conveniently located around the shop, 40 minutes later came inside as I saw my car sitting outside and asked if it was done, to hear it was not , guy on the left behind a big table said it takes an hour, I am like it's an oil change, he is again TAKES an hour, I am : takes 7 minutes but ok, was just thinking it's done as it's outside and it's been 40 minutes. I went back outside because it was extremely hot inside the waiting area, in 10 minutes my car was finally rolled in and worked on, after 45 minutes it was ready, they did not change the air filter that I said I have on my passenger seat( I usually buy it myself and ask Delaney to change it they gladly do it at no charge) but that's whatever. Not a big deal. when I was paying I was definitely in a very bad mood and under the impression they don't give a damn about customer care , as guy could have said something else , check on the car etc, not being rude like he was, fortunately another guy up front, Nathan, his name was, at the check out was very polite, definitely felt my boiling aggravation, and gave me like a 5$ discount and was very honest and not pushy about what was wrong with my car, so if u have 1.5 h for scheduled oil change I guess I recommend them.
