They had the option to check in on your phone and wait in your car until the technician was ready. I did that and they called me in within 2 or 3 minutes. My blood sample took less than 5 minutes and I was out the door. The whole thing took under 10 minutes and was very efficient.

Had to take my 7 month old daughter to get allergy tested here. The two ladies who did her blood draw were so amazing and patient! So thorough in explaining everything they did. They were absolutely phenomenal!

The last several times I have visited this labcorp have been a wonderful experience. The customer service has been excellent - check in and blood draws are always fast and easy. I really appreciate the staff there and would recommend this labcorp to anyone.

Horrible experience, got there at 11 spoke to the girl at the desk, after a couple mins of speaking to her, she let me know it was now 11:02 and they were now on lunch until 1pm. I'm in town visiting family and now my entire day is shot, because I have to come back at 1 then probably wait a couple hours based off their reviews terrible terrible terrible.Update, after arriving back to Ohio I was contacted by my employer and informed they forgot to put the examiners signature in with my pee test...they had to throw it out and now I have to go get another one done the correct way in Ohio. I'd laugh if this wasn't messing with people's lives and it wasn't so damn disappointing. Just wow...

I've been one time - but not for me, with my 1.5 year old, to get some samples for allergy tests. I had taken him somewhere in town before for the same test around 8 months old. We went two separate days and 4 different people tried and nothing. My anxiety was high coming to labcorp. But my gosh - they were wonderful they sang him songs and while I hugged him right stuck him and got everything they needed the first stick! They were comforting and patient. I made an appointment, check in was easy, waited a little but understanding I don't know how many tubes other people need or if they need a little more time - so it didn't bother me. So thankful for the experienced staff.

VERY quick service, although it was packed! (We made appointments ahead of time). Amelia helped patiently when my lab orders had not been faxed correctly, and Tiffany was friendly and pleasant. Definitely the QUICKEST and friendliest LabCorp I have ever been to.

Checked in at 140 for work drug test appointment I had made for 145. Parking lot full and extremely tight spaces. Walked into waiting room and it’s PACKED with a line to the window with no one there. The atmosphere seems pretty strained here. Finally got taken back at 2:20. Pretty unacceptable for a simple urine drug test. I’ve used medac in the past and they were ALWAYS quick and the process was easy. Do NOT RECOMMEND coming here if u can avoid it!

I was sent to this location yesterday and hopefully my last time. I not only waited for 2 hours to be seen. Even though they had multiple people there already. It almost seemed like it was a free walk up clinic in there. No one was happy in the waiting room at all. It’s a very dis functional ran place. The worst is the ones who finally drew my blood and couldn’t get it the first try and didn’t want to take the needle out so the blew the side vessel with air to still draw the blood and I ended up with a HUGE bruise now that is so painful. I am adding photos and I am highly upset with this location and staff.

My daughter and I arrived at 9:30 am for he to drug test for college ( she's 18) It was busy. The receptionist was doing a great job handling the heavy flow of patients. My daughter had to take the test twice. She had to drink water and wait 30 minutes for the second test, making the time 10:30. for her to be tested again. I go to my car while my daughter wait in the small waiting room with limited seating. I go back in around 11:00 being that she should have came to the car by now. NOT A SINGLE SOUL AT THE WINDOW, a line starts to form behind me, the receptionist finally comes, I let her know that it's 11:00 and she ready to try again and she tells me " okay we'll call you right back " . The receptionist handles the line of people waiting, then they are called to be serviced, as I still. I wait till about 11:20 , I go back to the desk and ask can I speak to a manager she says" you can speak to me ( receptionist and managers are two different things) " I said " we have been waiting another 20 minutes, she says " oh is she ready " I said "I told you she was ready 20 minutes ago, look we been here 2 hours , people are coming and going nobody has been here this long. She says she "I'm sorry I understand but it's only two bathrooms, I'm thinking, but don't say out loud, if it's only 2 bathrooms then my daughter should have went before someone that came in at 10:45 or 10:50 or 11:00 or 11:15. But I say "okay "and walk away. my daughter is called back within in minutes.I'm not saying anyone did a bad job the receptionist was working really really hard, and I understand a heavy work flow. My point is acknowledge and observe the patient, that have been waiting a long time. Literary a girl that "CHECKED IN" early for the 1 pm - 4pm drug testing was called before my daughter , she wasn't even there. She checked in and left . Hopefully this post will help correct minor errors, like so.

Ok, my Dr had me get blood work since I'm a new patient... He said (since I don't have insurance yet, recently moved here) Lab Corp let's you make payments so I agreed... 2 days later my Dr calls me and said go to ER, my potassium was at an extremely dangerous level .. I left work (4 hours early) and went to the ER... Waited, as you do and the Dr and his assistant both told me that the test was botched because they (lab Corp) let the sample sit too long before they tested it... They also said it's very easy to visually see that the sample was too thick at the time of testing... So I went to the ER because of their negligence... I lost 4 hours of work at $25 per hr and incurred an ER bill along with the damn near $400 for the blood work... Whose to say that any of the tests are correct... Not good when you do one thing and can't even do that right... Epic fail
