“First time customer, dropped off a pile of sweaters that I needed within a few days for a trip to snow country. I checked closing time online Saturday at around 1:20 (leaving early Sunday morning) and saw that they closed at 1:00. I called, no answer or opportunity to leave message. Much to my surprise, they called a few minutes later and told me they noticed I had called and to come in, to take my time. When I arrived, my sweaters were waiting. OUTSTANDING customer service! They've gained another longterm customer!”
