I was so grateful for their kindness and understanding. And it really did seem like a great price and the linens were at our door within an hour of the call. “First time customer, dropped off a pile of sweaters that I needed within a few days for a trip to snow country. I checked closing time online Saturday at around 1:20 (leaving early Sunday morning) and saw that they closed at 1:00. I called, no answer or opportunity to leave message. Much to my surprise, they called a few minutes later and told me they noticed I had called and to come in, to take my time. When I arrived, my sweaters were waiting. OUTSTANDING customer service! They've gained another longterm customer!”

They did a great job, I couldn’t pick mine out from the bunch because they all looked new & when they grabbed the bag I think my jaw actually dropped.I cannot believe this is the same comforter that has seen wine, dog prints & all sorts of other fun stuff Netflix provides… let me just say, you’d never tell I dropped chocolate on this thing. “Hours are convenient. No coins, you get a reloadable card for $1. Prices are good. The place is kept pretty clean... My only issue was with the washing machines, they had a bad smell and was moldy/dirty on the inside rubber part. Which kinda made my clothes smell weird or like mildewy, thankfully I had a ton of dryer sheets in hand.”
