“Edit: I am changing my initial review. Although I was frustrated about a particular issue when first arriving at this laundromat. Before leaving the attendant made it right. Not only did she do that, but after leaving my phone in the building, she found it, assumed it was mine, and gave it back to me after I proved to her it was mine. I could have gone to a different laundromat, and my phone would have been lost forever. We didn't see eye to eye on the no cash machines, but it's nice to know that there is still honest , people in the world.”

“I would like to say that the employees at US Cleaners handled the situation very professionally.
They admitted that they mistakenly sent out a woman’s order with another order and apologized for it. Sometimes when busy accidents happen. They called the other customer and made arrangements to get the missing clothing.
The woman was very unhinged acting as if she was losing her mind. The employees did not argue they just said what will happen next. And
Yes they did say mistakes happen.
When her daughter was crying the male at the cleaners said “don’t cry you will get it back” the woman then snaps at him saying “don’t tell my daughter what to do”. She then shouted that she was an attorney ( I feel sorry for the people she works with). At that point I don’t even know if the woman realized there was another customer in there. Before I left I heard her call the cops and tell them that the male working yelled at her 14 year old daughter ( that didn’t happen).
The workers truly handled this well. I don’t think many people could or would have dealt with someone like this.
I can at least say I saw me first “KAREN” in the wild.”

“All right places clean I got TV plenty of baskets to put your laundry in plenty of dryers plenty of washers assorted size washers up to 65 lb I believe comforter down to a 15 lb washer prices are normal for that type of laundromat plus there's somebody on duty so if you need help or something not too bad of access”
“First time customer, dropped off a pile of sweaters that I needed within a few days for a trip to snow country. I checked closing time online Saturday at around 1:20 (leaving early Sunday morning) and saw that they closed at 1:00. I called, no answer or opportunity to leave message. Much to my surprise, they called a few minutes later and told me they noticed I had called and to come in, to take my time. When I arrived, my sweaters were waiting. OUTSTANDING customer service! They've gained another longterm customer!”
