Bought a bunch of candy for stocking stuffers and some are expired by 6 months. Very disappointed because the candy’s are all $4-$6 and my son was so disappointed. I live to far away to return.

I walked in this morning and wasn't even greeted by staff. The young lady looked at me like I was bothering them and walked away. The 3 women talking behind the counter felt bothered when I asked for help. When I went to check out the young lady was short and rude and when I told her one of the items she was about to ring up belonged to another customer she rolled her eyes and spoke over me. I spent $400 in this store and expected to be treated better than that.

Wonderful, kids friendly, prices are all on the individual items which makes it very easy to tell, and there are demos throughout the store. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

We found the exact toy that my nephew really wanted for his birthday! Folks are helpful and very nice. The store is clean and well stocked with a variety of toys for all ages! Definitely will return here for our toy needs!

Taylor is an angel ? my child had a special request and driving from Hampstead, we got stuck in traffic and were going to be a few minutes after 6 arriving. I called and spoke with Taylor who assured me she'd let us in and have our shopping time. She made our night - thank you and Learning Express for being the best!

The store is stocked with interesting items but I have never in my life waited in such long lines before. Even with 2 staff members working there was only 1 check out line every time I have stopped here. You get stuck behind people asking for custom orders which take over 20min to process. Such a long wait. If it hadn't been for my kids I would have left.

My friend was in your store on Friday to purchase a gift. The sales associate asked if she was part of the frequent buyer program and my friend said no. My friend then asked if she could apply the points to my account instead. The sales associate responded this is not Speedway and that she should not be using her friends name. The sales associate was extremely rude & should of responded in a nice manner that she could not use someone else's name & to open her own account. The sales associates attitude during the whole transaction was extremely unpleasant. She treated my friend as if she could not afford the purchase. My friend said if she was not committed to buying the item already and on a time restraint , she would spend triple the amount to buy it from someone else before returning to that store.
