Dwayne in the paint section is possibly the slowest team member on earth. His inability to multi task, move with a purpose and provide some type of service is second to none. If hes working, go elsewhere....seriously!

I love all Lowe’s and spend a lot of time shopping there. This one is great. There is no overnight parking but the manager allowed me to keep my camper there for a couple days until I could find a permanent spot. Very thankful.

All four stars go to the paint department. Stopped by today and was greeted with kind professionalism from clark who went out of his way during a very busy time of the day for them. He helped me figure out the best paint for my monies worth and I know that they were too busy for it. He still took the time out and I very much appreciate that!!I didn't give the 5th star because the rest of the staff today. Not so much.Everyone everywhere is under staffed

Employees were very friendly and helpful when looking for an item. Check out was quick. I did not use the self-checkout aisles but they do have those available. The manager was out and about and he was very friendly also

Worse experience ever. Wayne the guy that was suppose to be helping me. Made me search for a cart and then made me lift the storage that I was buying. After I told him I have a bad back and need help he left me and said someone up front will help you. After check out at 9 am nobody came out to help. I spent 700 dollars at 930am and I was left to figure it out on my own. Customer service and employees needs to be retrained on customer service.

DONE WITH LOWES!Its getting worse.. paid for a deck installation in July. Its December they just sent the material only to find out parts are missing and wrong parts sent. Stay away from Lowes they are a MESS just a MESS!Lowes customer service is usually on point.. They just need to get more items. We purchase a whirpool top load washer and pedal stand. They sent the wrong color pedal stand and the delivery service company they used was very sketchy. The guy Buck was rude, unprofessional and confrontational. The other guy appeared to be in training and didn't say a thing.. They came and literally dropped the machine, damaged it in the process, and left it in the middle of the floor without connecting it. After he told us we should have taken better measurements. He said he had 15 more stops so he's done with this stop and left. Lowe's is using a third party delivery service. Your experience will be hit or miss. Ours was a nightmare!

Had an issue with a grill I purchased over a year ago that was out of warranty. The issue wasn’t my fault. Spoke to Travis and he asked me to give him a couple days to figure out a solution. It was the holidays and I wasn’t in a rush. Spoke to him after New Years and they replaced my grill with a new model at a very comfortable cost to me. He was polite, on point and responsive. Didn’t make it feel impersonal at all. He genuinely cared about the issue. Even helped load it in the truck.
